I don’t advise you to work or bring your children up to this establishment they’re very unprofessional and give you the run around. I had an incident with my child and the supervisor Shirley didn’t handle the situation. She kept making up excuses and trying to make it seem like I wasn’t doing my job. If you reading this please don’t take your kids here they don’t treat the kids good or the parents of the children. They make us fill out accident reports and don’t give them to the parent and the parents come to us asking what happened if their child has a bruise. Then Shirley got mad at me because i asked a parent if they wanted me to change their kid before they went home. According to Rasheeda “Shirley said we aren’t supposed to ask unless they tell us to.” like who wants their kid to go home wet. Then the staff be mopping the floors while the children are in the room inhaling the toxic smells. They don’t even train the staff to do their job Shirley and Rasheeda micromanage from the office. Everytime I came in there eating or having meetings with the parents or talking about their personal business. Shirley and Rasheeda are nothing but the devil in disguise and I hope you read my warning don’t send your kid to this disgrace of a daycare. Then I asked Rasheeda for cooperate number bd she told me their’s no one above Shirley that I can speak to and hung up in my face. If I could rate zero stars I would very unpleasant.

My daughter went to this daycare for a few months! She was always sick, this daycare is NOT the cleanest. Every time I picked her up she had crust around her mouth and nose was running. I'm my opinion the staff doesn't care enough! Changed her daycare she hasn't been sick once.

As a parent, I need to get tax statements on time. However they are very late to send you. I won’t recommend this daycare to anyone.

This place broke my spirit to want to continue to grow in childcare.I applied to this place because I wanted to gain experience in childcare. I was attending college and was interested in someday becoming a teacher and working with kids. I was interviewed and hired by Shirley who was kind and it seemed like she was willing to work with me from a flexible schedule to pay to what aged children I would work with. I watch about a 30 to 60 min video on how to care for a kid, which personally I think is wrong. Children especially at this age require special care and attention there should be more hands on training to ensure kids are kept safe and taught well. The only “hands on” training I received was going into a different class everyday and just watching the teacher. I didn’t/ couldn’t interact with the kids much because the lead teachers were always quick to say something or would take over quickly. They didn’t explain how they would run their class or the dos and don’ts of the job but when it came to gossip you could have a conversation with them for hours. The staff is very closed they keep their favorites and don’t help you out as much if it doesn’t benefit them. It felt like I was nonexistent within my coworkers.Still I didn’t think much of it and actually blamed myself as I didn’t have much experience maybe I was being to hard on them so I continued to go to work. The treatment of the children is not good. I was told not to hold them or hug them when the cry. I remember one kid crying, he went to a corner and was crying nonstop so I decided to walk towards him ask him if he was okay and try to comfort him but that’s when I was told not to do so and frankly I didn’t like that. The idea of letting kids just cry it out bothered me especially when you could make the situation better.Fast forward I was put in different classes as I previously stated and I was told I would get to pick and stay with the kids I felt more comfortable with. I was told this by Shirley…Did not happened instead I was fired.I walked in and was put in a room with infants somewhere I had never been in. Considering that I was barely walking into “adulthood” (I had just turned 18) I did not feel comfortable taking care of infants. I didn’t feel I was responsible enough or well trained enough so I talked to the lady upfront and told her I was told I would be working with school aged children (I told her my whole situation and explained how I already decided I was working with school aged children) I did this feeling comfortable because at first Shirley gave the impression that we could speak up and we would be heard and worked with. Anyway the lady upfront told me it was fine and I could move to the class with the other children little did I know she would call Shirley and the next day I would be fired.Of course everyone has that right and weather I was wrong or not who knows but Shirley could’ve handled firing me in a decent matter at least but nope that didn’t happen. When I walked in it was more than clear everyone know my business and that I was getting fired how did they know? Well who knows who told them? While being fired Shirley was rude, Intimidating& dismissive so much so that after leaving I cried in the car because I felt so humiliated. This is not how a place involving children should be handled like. From the treatment of certain employees to the treatment of children it needs to do better.

Constantly yell at the little kids telling them they better stop crying.. will break your little ones spirits. If it was my kid I would lose my mind if they treated them the way they do.

Horrible School if I could give them 0 stars I would. Ms Shirley is lazy and doesn’t care about the teachers lack of work ethic. If you complain about what you see they will ask you to leave. I have pictures of the teachers neglecting my child then I was asked to find another school.. they don’t feed the children per the nutrition guidelines so my baby was starving everyday, her clothes were given to another parent then I was blamed. I don’t watched my baby cry and beg for something to drink while all the other kids had there drinks I had to call for her to receive something then I watched her not eat any lunch while the teachers ate and when she cried for food she was taken to lay down even after her repeatedly getting up going by the food and teacher ms. Francis crying for food and she was ignored then taken back to lay down I had to watch the camera and call all day while I worked. They are very unprofessional and Lazy.. if your child goes here Watch the Camera At allllllll times. Also they were feeding my baby fruit loops every morning so I had to stop bringing her for breakfast so I was paying for nothing really

We wish we could make every family happy. With the best interest of all our children in mind, we try very hard to work with all of our families. Sometimes however, we do have to make decisions that do not please everyone.

I enrolled my daughter into kids r kids in April and at first she didn't like it because it was her first time attending daycare. But now she looks forward to going there. There is one teacher who goes by the name of Ms Q who is so sweet and nurturing to these kids and my daughter loves her , she made me feel so comfortable leaving my baby there. If i had one bad thing to say about this location is that they need to put a little more time and effort into the physical appearance of the children throughout the day. Sometimes when i pick my baby up her shoe laces are either undone or her face needed to be cleaned. But overall i like that my daughter has a good time at school. I would recommend this location to other parents.

Our son has been going here for the past two years. He started at 8 weeks old and we couldn't have asked for a better daycare! Ms. Vita in the infant room is the best! We also love Ms. Mimi and Ms. Shirley but really our son (and us) love each and everyone of the staff members! Its comforting knowing our child is in such good hands!

My son's experience at Kids R Kids was great!!! He learned so much and even more than I expected. I was so fortunate to have as his teachers the best ones there Mrs. Tonya and Mrs.Maria. they cared about all the children in there class and always pushed them a little more . I was so blessed to have them as there teachers.
