Incredibly verbally abusive to customers and staff. I want to warn people to stay away. Joy is someone who likes to intimidate people and has a lot of rage. She is truly the worst person I've dealt with in a very long time.

I’ve been with the Joy Agency for almost 10 years and they’ve gone above and beyond my expectations. I genuinely feel that they have my best interests in mind. Joy has taken the time to find out what’s most important to me…the things that kept me up at night. She listened and put me in the best products and services to meet those needs so I came spend more time on the things that me and family enjoy.

This is the WORST agency I've ever worked with. I can't even comment on the customer service because it's non existent. I have been hung up on, on multiple occasions, and have been spoken to in a condescending manner. I left and went with a company that is actually a few dollars more just so I wouldn't have to deal with this agency.

She is in the office at 12 noon, doesn't call you at the time of appointment, puts you on hold for hours at a time, and also rudely hangs up. She will interrupt you mid-conversation to take care of other tasks and people, which shows that she does not value your time. Sell shady prices with no motive to help you as the customer. Your insurance rate will be changed without notification or agreement. Therefore when I wanted to cancel my policy she made it very difficult to do so. If you want to cancel, just call corporate and they will easily cancel it for you over the phone. This review is not a negative reflection on Allstate but only on this particular agent.

I would give her 0 stars. She is the rudest person I have ever met. She is never in and she feels like she has the right to tell you what she thinks if she thinks you have not been a customer more than a year you are not entitle to claim anything. I would not recommend this agent for nothing. Thank god you have the choice to change agents which from the begining I never picked her.
