My son has been a patient since he was a newborn. He enjoys his visits with Dr Lim as he feels included and has all of his questions and concerns answered with care and respect.

Dr. Stokes is amazing
Edit: yesterday I had the worst experience here at Ivy League with Dr. Maria Soto. A provider which I didn’t ask for by the way. I used to have Dr. stokes but due to personal issues she’s been out of office and I got downgraded. Oh boy, let me tell you. Dr. Soto has no people skills at all. She treats you as if you don’t know anything about your kid and she is very aggressive with my daughter. You also can’t understand half the things she tells you. She is also VERY RUDE!!!!!! Yesterday my daughter was screaming and crying everytime she got near her. I’m honestly thinking about going somewhere else to get the care my daughter needs. Highly don’t recommend unless you want a foreign lady that you won’t understand at all and that is very rude to you and your kids.

Our PA Chelsea has been nothing but great and sweet every visit since 2021 of me having my first child. I love how patient, transparent, and thorough she is. Keep up the great work Chelsea , you are phenomenal!!! :)

Ivy League Pediatrics is the best pediatric practice in Gwinnett County. The staff is. friendly, knowledgeable, and family focused. My four boys love Dr. Una, who has been our family pediatrician for almost 14 years. Drs. Lim, Soto, and Stokes are all excellent doctors as well. I would never take my boys anywhere else.

Chelsea is absolutely amazing! She’s very kind and patient and has kids of her own so she can relate in all areas! So glad i found this office. I’ve also seen the male doctor there (I’m sorry i forgot his name) but he was also amazing! Very professional and relatable!

The absolute worst billing department I have ever dealt with in a medical practice. I disputed a copay they charged for a Telehealth appointment that never occurred due to their faulty communications. The practice never acknowledged my dispute and then the provider dropped my child and a year later I received a bill for a last office visit we had. A few months back after receiving the bill I called and the person I spoke with took all my information and stated someone from the billing department would contact me. Now months later they do not call they submit something to their portal which constantly makes you reset your password. The customer service from the staff and billing department is horrible. They do not return phone calls, keep you on hold for forever. I went ahead and paid the last bill they stated I owed because I felt I was not going to get any resolution. Most medical practices tackle your copay at your appointment which is what I recommend for this office to do instead billing people months later.

Dr. Stokes was very great today. She enlightened me on a lot of things pertaining to my baby. She allowed me to speak my concerns and encouraged me I was doing a great job as a first time mom.
