I understand that it is close to closing when I visited today, but the customer service that I received at the window from Clarissa was absolutely unacceptable. I came to simply cash a check which ended up being a deposit. I felt there’s some things said that she shouldn’t have. She could’ve talk to me like a human being in as a valued customer like I said, I understand it was it near closing so maybe she was exhausted, but that does not make up for the terrible customer service I just received from her.”
