Found this office on yelp for a business matter I had questions about and I spoke with Huei who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I called back in after the weekend to get clarification on something we spoke about and move forward with her services. I was toldHuei wouldn’t be in until the afternoon. The lady who answered the phone and another lady I was transferred to were both so rude that I had to hang up. She didn’t bother to introduce herself or even say “hi” she immediately gets on the phone and yells “Well what’s your question?!” The customer service between them and Huei was night and day that I had to get off that call. What a shame.

What an amazing team here at Infinity Tax Services. Everyone is so helpful and pleasant. I have been coming to get my taxes done for years here. Mr. Thompson is very knowledgeable in all areas of dealing with tax returns, insurance etc. Such an amazing team to be a part of. Most reasonable tax services in Georgia to come to have your returns done. Mr. Thompson has many years in the field and will make sure your experience will be valuable. You can always find him at his local office assuring that you will have your return without any issues. Great ?? company!!!!!!!

I had a great experience at Infinity Tax & Accounting Services Inc.! I was a little bit nervous about tax season, but they made the whole process so easy and stress-free. I'm definitely going to be coming back next year. The staff is super friendly and they have great prices. I would definitely recommend giving them a call to set up an appointment.

It's that time of year again. We used Infiniti Tax Services for the 1st time last year, and let me say, we were very pleased with the service and knowledge we received. We were given some tips on how to save for the next time so we wouldn't owe so much, if anything. Can't wait to go back this year! Very stress free and affordable!

I've been using this tax office for 5+years now. They're always very patient and kind. Mr. Thompson and the staff are super personable. I've used them as a single young adult all the way to now into Middle aged motherhood and family life. They've been phenomenal and consistent every step of the way.

Ms. Dan & Mr. Thompson has helped me out with my taxes for the last 6 yearssince 2016. I am very pleased with their services as they are veryprofessional and I have never had an issue with their response. In last 2years, due to COVID, I emailed all documents to Ms. Dan and she alwaysresponded back to me. I believe that as long as you provide all theinformation they need to prepare your tax; they will promptly respond backto you. I recommend Infinity Tax for their great service, knowledge, anddetail oriented.

I submitted all my tax documents for me and my mom to Dan. She confirmed she received it on Jan 21, 2022. Today is Feb 27, 2022 and she or someone within the company has not responded to me. I called and left messages multiple times and sent email follow up. No response yet. Very unprofessional.
