I had a question about a matter that no one seemed to know the answer to involving inheriting my parents' house in another state under a law that state has that Georgia does not (not a simple will, see "Tennessee Life-Estate Law.") I called an accountant in that state I'd been referred to but five calls all went to voice mail and two messages weren't returned, so I decided to look locally and called these folks. Thompson was VERY knowledgeable and gave me all the info I needed to know on the phone. I offered to pay, of course. People in fields like this are selling knowledge and as basically a knowledge worker myself (network engineer) I told him I'd be glad to pay his fee because "I don't work for free and don't expect you to." He laughed but refused any payment though we probably talked for 10-15 minutes, just asked to maybe use them for my taxes next year. You can't beat that.

Came to do my taxes and they took me in right away. No wait time. I'm so grateful because they were fast and very helpful. The fee was affordable as well. Worth it to me.

Found this office on yelp for a business matter I had questions about and I spoke with Huei who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I called back in after the weekend to get clarification on something we spoke about and move forward with her services. I was toldHuei wouldn’t be in until the afternoon. The lady who answered the phone and another lady I was transferred to were both so rude that I had to hang up. She didn’t bother to introduce herself or even say “hi” she immediately gets on the phone and yells “Well what’s your question?!” The customer service between them and Huei was night and day that I had to get off that call. What a shame.

What an amazing team here at Infinity Tax Services. Everyone is so helpful and pleasant. I have been coming to get my taxes done for years here. I had a great experience at Infinity Tax & Accounting Services Inc.! I was a little bit nervous about tax season, but they made the whole process so easy and stress-free. I'm definitely going to be coming back next year. The staff is super friendly and they have great prices. I would definitely recommend giving them a call to set up an appointment.
