The H&R office on Grayson Hwy in Lawrenceville, Georgia was wonderful. Starting with the office manager (Buena) who was polite, professional, and kind. She scanned my forms and made sure that my taxes were done by someone who could handle all my forms. Vicki, who did my taxes, was very professional and had them done in 1 day. She called me and went through my taxes and made sure all the information was correct. She made sure my tax experience happened with no stress on my part. I will definitely use this office and Vicki again next year.

I should have known better. Last years taxes did not go well. For years before that I have always done the online review and pro review. It has always been worth the money but something has changed. I had to catch an error that the online pro made. Two years in a row now. I am told that there is a software error and they have to fix it. It went from me getting an 11k refund on state taxes to i owed 525 to now they are telling me i will get a 300 refund. I tried calling the national number to just get my money back because i dont trust them at all anymore to get someone in a call center that hardly spoke english, she refused to transfer me to a supervisor or anyone else for that matter. She first said no supervisors are available, then she said well they're in a meeting, then she told me i would need to call back. i call back and the same person answered the phone! again she refused to transfer me to anyone else to talk to. I have never been so disgusted with a company before. How can a company the size of HR block not have a supervisor covering a shift, or the ability to transfer to another representative. I want my my money back!

Worst customer service ever!! I had my taxes filed in 1 st week of February with them. I have not received my refund until now. Called them several times to help me find out. No help whatsoever!!
