I checked in from my app and selected a room at #402. An hr later I went to the hotel counter. I saw a male staff sitting at a table next to the check in counter and no one was standing at the counter, when he saw me, he asked a lady in the back to come out. So I asked if there is any upgrade option. The female staff looked in the computer said I could get two bottle water but no upgrade. When we went to our room, my digital key was not working; we went downstairs and got physical key and found our room was not even cleaned. (and she didn't know that? she would've have known from looking in the system) I was very upset, they found another room for us and we were able to get in. the next morning I told the same guy (that was sitting at the table at the first night) that I want a late check out. He said the latest I could check out was at 1PM. We went out to eat and put "do not disturb" on our door; when we came back to the room at 12:05PM, our key did not work anymore. I had to ask the cleaning lady to open our hotel room and we found our stuff was moved around. So even though "do not disturb" was at the door, they came in anyway. I was very upset and I asked the guy at the front desk, he said I should "re-key" in order to get in after 12PM. This has never happened to me at other Hilton chain, I think he simply forgot to note in the computer I had late check out. The staff at this location are very unprofessional and I am very upset at what happened with my stay.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Thankful to be alive today! So i almost got snatched from my hotel room today outside of Atlanta. A random guy knocked on my door at 4am. I was half asleep and in a haze - I thought it was my parents. As soon as I opened the door the man grabbed me and I had to fight him off. I screamed as loud as I could. I was alone with My 13 year old was in the room. He is completely traumatized now as am I. The hotel staff and police were very unsympathetic. They said there are no cameras in the hallways and so they couldn’t identify anyone. the hotel receptionist basically accused me of lying - saying “no one heard your scream” (which is wrong because my mom, my son, and someone else on the floor heard and someone else called the police) and asked me why I would answer the door. His tone was dry and unconvinced and it made the whole thing even more traumatizing. His name is Jerel Bostic and he refused to tell me who his supervisor was and he was very disrespectful and ghetto and had no sympathy whatsoever. I personally think maybe it was him who gave this dangerous stranger my room information. This is at the Home2suites by Hilton in Lawrenceville, GA. Y’all be careful out there

Conveniently located near Gas South Convention Center. Rooms are large with a full kitchenette and big fridge. Beds I found very comfortable and seem like a medium softness. The front desk staff in the evening was very friendly and helpful. Roopi in the morning is akso very friendly and willing to help. They both have great attitudes and are pleasant to work with!

Hotel wise, it's just typical Hilton hotel. Breakfast wasn't good compared to other Hilton I've been to. Room had broken lights, and all. However, they have best customer service! Had some billing issues, but Roopi took care of it fast and professionally. She was very patient and reliable in communication. She deserves a raise!

The reason of the 3 star was because their breakfast area was so unorganized and messy. The food however was great and prepared nice. The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. Great place to stay but should definitely keep their breakfast area more organized.

Well cared for, clean, and conveniently located. Front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Never heard other guests, very quiet despite a tour bus full of kids staying there!Rooms: Perfect rooms for family: queens instead of double beds and a good sleeper sofa. Dividing curtain for privacy, full kitchen, great roomy bathroom.

Exemplary Customer Service at Home 2 Suites by Hilton - A Breath of Fresh Air with Delise HarrisI recently had the pleasure of staying at the Home 2 Suites by Hilton, and I cannot begin to express my gratitude for the exceptional customer service provided by Delise Harris. As a business owner and frequent guest of hotels, I have come to appreciate genuine hospitality, and Delise truly exceeded my expectations at every turn. From the moment I arrived at the front desk, Delise's warm and welcoming demeanor immediately put me at ease. Her genuine smile and attentive nature made me feel like a valued guest from the start. It's rare to encounter someone so dedicated to providing an exceptional experience, but Delise is consistently demonstrating a passion for her role in every interaction.

The room is great! But they advertise the digital key with the Hilton honors, so even if you have the honors app on your phone, you can't do the digital key unless you check in on the app. If you check in with a person, they can't update the digital key. At least this is what I was told when I tried to update the digital key.

This is an honest review of my experience. We reserved our room a month in advance asked for high floor. We got there at 3:15 pm and no room was available but a ground floor otherwise we would had to wait. We had no choice and accepted. We got to our room and it was spacious & look clean. The location is great since it was close to the mall, restaurants, the movies and gas south arena-where our son’s graduation ceremony would be held early the next morning. There was constant supply of coffee in the lobby which was a plus in my book. The coffee was decent too.At night is where we had the issues. The pull out couch was plain gross. It had a yellow stain, some crumbs among other things that I’m not sure what they are. We called the front desk and they said they didn’t have any other mattresses but would bring us extra sheets to put on top of it. We had no choice..again and accepted. In the interim, we discovered the mattress had a protective sheet we asked for a different protective sheet a clean one. Only the new protective Sheet had some stains that looked like blood. At that point I was over it. We covered the mattress as best we could and my daughter slept on it.In the middle of the night the air function decreased. We were all sweating. We didn’t call since it was 230 am at that point needed to muddle until 6 am.The location is great. The service from staff was decent but the room had too many issues for the amount of money we paid. We paid $320 which is a lot of $$$ because it was graduation and they’re charging a lot of money since most of the hotels in the area were booked. Needless to say I will not return.Rooms: Room was spacious but the pullout couch was dirty. Some of the pillow cases smelled as if they didn’t change them often.Nearby activities: Mall, movies and restaurantsFood & drinks: Lots of restaurants with 20 minutes or less.

Stayed for a week on what should have been a direct billing arrangement provided by the company that I work for. But, upon check-in, they did not have the billing info (though I am quite certain that our travel coordinator provided it). So I had to put the hotel charge on my personal credit card.I notified our travel coordinator the next day as to what happened, so she contacted the hotel that same day to try to arrange direct billing.Yet, by the end of my stay, the hotel still had not straightened out the issue. Here I am, three days after check-out, and the charges are still on my personal card.A bit ridiculous, don't you think?

Just the facts. Decide for yourself. Arrived about ten minutes before check in and room was not ready. Told to wait 20 mins. Heard dog barking upon arrival to room. Pullout sofa mattress had hair and brown and yellow stains. Called to see if someone could bring up a new mattress pad and top sheet. Was told we would need to come pick up items from front desk. Woke up with allergic reactions. Trash was overflowing in cans by elevator. Elevator did not always open on its own. Coffee in the morning was lukewarm. Breakfast is later than some hotels- 7am. Bagel barely toasted after two trips in the toaster. Seemed like the breakfast person was out. Silverware appeared dirty. Some items were not stocked like chocolate syrup for waffles.
