I had an issue where I was quoted an amount of $213 to get my coverage reinstated while corporate wouldn't allow it and wanted over $300 (the 50% rule). Irlanda negotiated hard and played hardball until they backed down and accepted what was originally agreed on. Give that woman a raise!”
