Just had an amazing experience with this location again. I was in a crunch and placed a pickup order at 7:16. I figured I would have to just buy a bag at the store also and get the pickup order at a later date because they hadn’t had time to pick it. I arrived 2 minutes before closing and the associate was still very pleasant and she went ahead and picked the order for me! I was in and out in 2 minutes. And both associates were very polite!

Amazing ,knowledgeable associates. The two young men at the front were patient and very helpful. They assisted me in finding the perfect treats and harness for our Canine companion. He loved everything.

Recently started shopping here because a friend recommended it. The food quality for my dog is so much better here, first time I came I bought some to try it out and they let me know if she didn’t like it I could bring it back to exchange upon opening. Thankfully I didn’t have to do that because my pup loved it, love this store so much! - Also the people who work here are so kind and helpful

I absolutely love Hollywood Feed. They always have exactly what I need for my fur babies whether we are in Ohio or Georgia and they always have top of the line products.

I was totally surprise with the impeccable customer service received. I needed a large Moderno Kennel for my new fur baby that would be perfect for him and look great in my condo. I'd been looking for the Bowser Moderno Kennel that ranged from $600-$750. I was exited with I saw it listed for $549 with 30% off at Hollywood Feed. I called around to all the stores in the surrounding Atlanta area until I found stock. When I arrived the ladies went above and beyond making sure my new fur baby had all the things he needed to start our new relationship. I was in and our in no time. Oh, and these ladies even help me load the kennel. I was stunned!! This is PERFECT customer service!! Thanks for serving with EXCELLENCE!!

We went here to pickup some treats for our doggy’s birthday and the staff were very helpful in aiding our selection. Our husky loved the treats.
