Communication sucks! Will string you along for WEEKS about taking the car! Then to say he’s to busy a knows someone who will take it same day, for them to just be as busy with a 3 week wait period but at least they didn’t sting me along for WEEKS!

I took my Chevy Equinox there for electrical issues after spending thousands of dollars at the dealership over the last couple of years on the same issue. Within an hour or 2 they fixed the issue with my car. It's been about 8 months now and no more issues. I highly recommended this place

The sound/audio of my Honda Accord does not work, it seems that the problem is electrical, I went to the place on the recommendation of a mechanic hoping that they could help me solve the problem, when I enter, a woman assists me and tells me that they do not do That is, they don't see audio issues, when the name of the establishment clearly says that they repair Audio, they have two windows that say AUDIO, I insist with the excuse that I think the issue is electrical and he answers that then I would have to have one done. Appointment until October 21st or he would better send me to a place where they specialize in Audio. They sent me to a place where the person who treated me told me that they were the ones who did that work (the ones who sent me with him and said they didn't do audio). Then I called more than 3 times to make the appointment and they didn't answer. I still can't understand if the lady didn't want to work, didn't want to provide me with the service, or if what happened was good...

Used this shop several times. Was slow a. Few times but fast service on a few repairs. Very reasonable on price. Since there are no other shops like this around anymore he does stay very busy and does his very best to please as many customers as possible.

Without any doubt, I would highly recommend Hi-Tech Vehicle Electronics Repair. The dealership quoted $4,800 to replace the display control head unit. Other car audio companies stated they weren’t equipped to repair BMW electronics. After a few consultations, I was referred to this business. From the moment I called to having my service completed, I received excellent customer service. They secured a brand new display unit, flawlessly installed and programmed it. It has been 3 months and I have had no problems. Needless to say, I saved thousands of dollars. I only paid $1,000, which included the new unit and labor. The turn around time from my initial appointment was only 3 days. On the third day, I was able to drop my car off and in a few hours everything was complete. This business is reliable, friendly and amazingly reasonable in regards to price. They deserve 10 out of 5 stars.
