So, I was approved to rent a property from this place and was quickly turned off. Upon approval, I was supposed to be sent a link that will allow me to go in and pay my deposit. After waiting several hours and not receiving the link, the owner or manager (whatever he is) called and left me a voicemail. His tone in the voicemail almost immediately turned me off. He was slightly on the harassing/threatening side. So I decided to give the company the benefit of the doubt and call this person back. Well, his tone was still that of a prick. He stated that I need to hurry up and make my deposit because he has 10 or 20 other people seeing this property today (which wasFriday) and he'll give it away if I don't pay my money. So, come to find out the young lady that was supposed to send me the link had my email address wrong. Mind you, this person had been emailing me regarding the application process for the two days....(I don't do well with idiots). Then, when he sent me the link the address of the property was wrong. How in the world do you think I'm going to send you any money and you don't even have your ducks in order. So I entertained this donkey, then he goes on about how his daughter and daughter in law works there. Then he goes back to the fact that I need to pay him his money. All the time he's yapping I'm thinking to myself (sorry sir, I don't rent from @$$holes) So I figured if he would go ahead and give the property away in about 10 minutes of him seeing that I hadn't paid yet since it was such a hot spot. Well, I was wrong. This donkey calls me on Monday with the same harassing tone about the deposit. (hmph, I guess none of those 10 or 20 people wanted the place). Moral to the story, people that are opting to rent are not desperate individuals. You are in customer service and you are trying to make money by renting out property and not in the business of harassing people who are behind on their car note or collecting on a bill.
