This is the first Game Inn I've started at that didn't have scrambled eggs or omelets for breakfast. Just packages of hard boiled eggs. When questioned concerning this I was told they didn't come on the delivery truck. My guess is someone forgot to order them. This incident makes me question if I will ever stay at a Hampton Inn again.

We stayed at this hotel for leisure visit. Hotel is at end of old strip mall. Room was not clean and had a musty odor that was also throughout the hallways. Bathroom was dirty, tub especially! Food at breakfast was not hot - cold to barely warm. Bagels were stale. Will not return here in future.

SO ARRIVED HERE AT THE HOTEL THE FRONT DESK AGENT WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL… SHE FAILED TO GIVE US ANY PROPER INFORMATION THAT WE NEEDED FOR THE HOTEL … THEN ON TOP OF THAT THE BEDS ARE WAY UNCOMFORTABLE YOU MINUS WELL SLEEP ON THE FLOOR … I CALLED TO ASK TO SPEAK WITH A MANGER AND THE DAY SHIFT LADY HAD AN ATTITUDE AS WELL IF ITS THAT SERIOUS YALL SHOULD HAVE STAY HOME AND NOT CAME TO WORK … I HATE PORE CUSTOMER SERVICE… MY CHECK IN DATE WAS 9/1/23

The staff there is terrible. They over charged me for an extra room that I didn't even use. When I tried to talk to them about the charges the lady at the front desk hung-up on me. When I called the corporate office about it, they said there was nothing they could do, that's controlled at the local level.**Update they credited my account back for the overcharge.

This hotel needs updating. The noise from the AC sounded like a factory was operating outside the window. A layer of damp ‘dew’ on the furnishings, carpets, and bedding. Bedding smelled musty and needed airing out.

Front desk clerk displayed no customer service. Dirty face cloths holding open doors everywhere. Took her 15 minutes to come out back to the desk. 1st room she gave me had not been cleaned. Went back to the front desk took her another 15 minutes to appear . 2nd room on the 1st floor had weeds growing on the windows and worms and insects crawling through the weeds. Very dark room lighting awful. I couldn’t open the blinds because a parking lot was right next to the window. Window glass was broken as though someone tried to break in the room. I was terrified. I didn’t get a wink of sleep between that and the horrible smell like animal urine that was coming from the floor and the couch. I literally went to the store and got some fabric refresher and carpet fresh to try to make it through the night. It didn’t help . I ended up laying at the bottom of the bed closer to the door to get away from the smell. It was the most awful smell I had ever witnessed in a hotel. I stay in at least 20-25 a year. I always stay at Hampton Inn as I am a Diamond member. I never complain unless it is just so bad I need to let someone know do it can be fixed. I usually get a thank you for my stay and a survey which I did not get. This hotel definitely needs to be looked into. I left the next morning and went to the Marriott down the street.

The room needed to be upgraded especially the bath tub. Most of the staff were friendly especially the one who helped me find food in the area.Nearby activities: Close to storesWalkability: Nice walking area

My room was paid for on the website when I arrive. I had to pay an additional incidental charges of $50 and which should’ve been included and or made aware of the time of booking and paying for the room. The breakfast was nice. However all the juice was water down. I had to go purchase my own breakfast juice bowl staff member members, or impersonal not very friendly. But I did get what you needed. They put us on the second floor at the very end in which there was absolutely no icemaker on that floor. You had to travel to the third or the first floor just to get your eyes which was totally a inconvenience. They were remodeling the entire in which was very tight trying to get from your room to the elevator with workers in the hallway.

Had a great stay at the hotel when relocating. Breakfast has many options that are tasty.Nearby activities: There are many activities within 10 minutes drive from the hotel. If you're trying to visit Atlanta, this hotel is too far away and you'll get frustrated with the drive. If you're visiting the county...this is a great location.Safety: This is a safe area for travelers. I used to live approximately 12 miles south of the hotel.Walkability: There are not many sidewalks immediately near the hotel. Guests sometimes walk along the streets as there are some low-traffic streets nearby.

Front desk receptionist AMAZING! Pool very clean. I usually don't utilize hotel pools but this one was very well kept and clean. While swimming, the receptionist checked to ensure we had dry towels. Clean rooms. Central location. Would definitely visit again.

I booked the room and tried to cancel within three hours. They charged me the entire room fee. As a healthcare professional, I needed to stay at work and I was not able to use the room. Complete lack of customer service and care.

Staff was not friendly. Bathrooms need to be renovated - water stains on the ceiling, appearance of mold around the bathtub. Ridiculous room rate for the amenities.Rooms: Bathrooms need renovation and repairs.
