I wouldn't recommend it if you are driving or transporting a car filled with belongings; there's a risk of break-ins and theft. Over the weekend, I observed a break-in to a brand new truck, as seen in the photos the owner posted, along with four other cars. I stayed up all night guarding my car because I was moving, and it contained all my belongings.I informed the front desk about the truck, and she acted surprised, pretending to call security. However, when I checked out in the morning and asked if they have on-site security, both front desk receptionists looked at each other and ignored my question.So, is it safe? No

I loved the self check in and check out. This property was immaculate, clean, and well-maintained. The front desk attendant was polite, welcoming, and professional. The property location is easy accessible to I-85 and the breakfast was great when we were trying to get on the road early!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The rooms were very clean and cozy. The staff was very helpful for any questions we had. Plus they have a great breakfast for free.Noteworthy details: Hampton in is customer driven. They fulfill guest needs and expectations first and foremost. They create customer experience, have service quality and are loyal to their guests and have returning guests on a regular basis, showing they value their visitors. A+ Hampton Inn.

Our staff was excellent! My granddaughter loves this place. We try to stay in a Hampton Inn when it’s available. The whole staff was so accommodating. This speaks volume about this Hampton Inn. I would stay in a Hampton Inn a million times over.❤️Rooms: Rooms were superb!Safety: This is most important.

I recently had the opportunity to experience the services at the Hampton Inn, and my feelings are quite mixed. On one hand, I was thoroughly impressed by the remarkable service delivered by the staff. Each member was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. Special mention goes to Ms. Regina, whose understanding and monumental effort truly enhanced our enjoyment during our time there. Her exceptional service left a lasting impression, and for that, I am genuinely grateful.On the other hand, I couldn't help but feel frustrated by the outdated entertainment options provided. The restriction to cable-only channels felt incredibly limiting in an era where streaming services offer a wide array of choices. It's disappointing to see such a reputable establishment not keeping up with the times in terms of entertainment offerings.In conclusion, while the Hampton Inn staff deserves immense praise for their outstanding service and hospitality, the outdated entertainment options remain a significant drawback for tech-savvy guests like myself. I hope the management considers updating their entertainment choices to provide a more modern and diverse experience for their guests in the future. Thank you to Ms. Regina and the entire Hampton Inn staff for their hard work and dedication.

Room was good, service was excellent. Location is near interstate and a fairly busy intersection so traffic noise is constant, even at night.

Fantastic Hampton Inn. The staff is excellent, from the front wall to the breakfast ladies, the rooms are clean with daily turn down and the location is very convenient. Kudos to a job well done.

This hotel is clean, great atmosphere, great breakfast and have nice comfy beds. The ladies at the front desk was a huge help in helping me find someone that does makeup at the last minute for a wedding. The front desk texted my phone to see if everything is good and did I need anything after my check-in. I will be returning in the future and thanks for everything!!!!?

The hotel is old, but decently maintained. The host I initially encountered was a very nice older woman. I checked in around 1PM and she was more than willing to accommodate. That's all the good I can say about this place.Upon returning to the hotel after work I was harassed TWICE by the night host. I have traveled a good bit for work and typically opt for a 4 star + accommodation. I chose this Hampton Inn because of the location and great reviews. I will stick to what I know this brand to be in the future.The cherry on top of my stay here was the roach in the bathroom watching me get ready the morning of check out.

Fern and Regina are absolutely amazing considering the circumstances as to why I am in town for my brothers funeral they made me feel at home and very welcomed when I come back into town. I will absolutely be staying here again. I love it here❤️

This is our first time staying at a Hilton hotel and we were very impressed. Relisha at the front desk was so friendly and welcoming. The room was spotless and so comfortable. The hotel is in the perfect spot and was so close to all of the places we needed to go. The little touches make things so special.
