I JUST DROVE TWO HOURS BECAUSE ONLINE IT SAYS THE BOOKSTORE CLOSES AT 6 BUT THEY CLOSED AT 4. Now I have to come back tomorrow. THE AMOUNT OF GAS and TIME WASTED DUE TO THE BOOKSTORE STAFF NEGLIGENCE TO UPDATE THE HOURS IS RIDICULOUS! Do better!!!!! People have kids and jobs and lives!

I ordered 3 sets of tech books through their website, a few days later the USPS tracking indicated the books had been delivered to the store but I didn't get any notice from them. After calling 5 times over a week to see if I could pick it up, they finally said it was here, I went in and the books were not there. So I canceled the order and canceled the payment. DO NOT order anything from this store!! The workers seemed didn't care about doing their job!!

They price gouged textbooks here. I just found a required book for $7 on Amazon and they charged $91 for the exact same. The book was published in 2001.

The communication here sucks. If you try to reach out to them. Good luck. If you do end up getting in contact with them, 75% of them are going to be rude and provide any help.

Update the hours please cause it says here is open until 4pm but in the store it closed at 1pm. Very annoying going there and the store is closed and I just waste a bunch of time.

They don’t answer the phone, they don’t answer email, they still haven’t shipped most of my order and one of my textbooks (AND was backordered before the semester started at first) and it’s now the second week of the semester. They cancelled one of my orders saying my item wasn’t in stock after having me wait forever and not even saying anything to me!! Why is it on the site then?! I wish some professors didn’t require that we buy books from here

Finally reached someone who told me my book was IN THE STORE but since I ordered it and paid for it days ago I would need to CANCEL IT IN STORE and come buy it there??? Um- if its there pull the books and process the order
