So far so good. My only concern is I cant make a payment online like I can with every other bill. I was told it would never happen the owner is not into it. So not to confuse ppl you can pay with credit card there at the location and over the phone just not online or through an automated function. When you come accustomed to paying online its just more of a convenient option. I usually do everything at night so having to remember to call during the day has been a challenge. I was taking cash there last month and was on my way and was going to be 1 min late according to GPS the guy told me he locks the doors at 559 so I wasn't going to make it. He suggested I pay over the phone but I had intentionally kept cash out to pay for my storage he assured me it would be ok because they don't charge late fee until after the 10th. Well on the 6th I went down to pay and meet someone to purchase some toys from my storage but was denied access at the gate. It was Sunday they didn't open til 12 but I was meeting my client at 12 and she had babies I did not want her waiting. The guy working there had come inside and I asked if he could let me in the gate that I needed to pay but I have someone meeting me. I showed him the money he said I would have to wait til they opened. He ended up opening 10 min early for me after I ranted outside a cpl mins. It's just inconvenient for me but im sure normal ppl are cool with it lol. Ok thx
