Vince and his family are fantastic!! Outstanding service as Vince goes the extra mile to take pictures while completing services, explaining everything he finds, while charging a reasonable price. This family owned business is extremely trustworthy - do not hesitate to use Vince!

I have found them to be very knowledgeable about cars. Everyone is friendly and ready to assist you in anyway they can. When I have an issue with my car I don't hesitate to go to Gwinnett Performance for an honest answer to my problem.

After years of taking our 3 cars to other shops, we found Vince at Gwinnett Performance who has helped us to drive safe and get more life out of vehicles. Top tier mechanics who are totally trustworthy and stick to value pricing for our family budget. I highly recommend them!

I have been taking my cars to Gwinnett Performance Automotive for years, and I would only ever have my vehicles serviced by them. I have referred family and friends who also only trust Vince and his team with their cars. Vince and his team have real integrity and do expert work for fair and honest prices. They really care about their client's safety and security, and they are always upfront about the work that needs to be done and the cost breakdown. Holly, Vince, and the whole team are kind, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. They will always have a loyal clientele with us!

If you are reading this review, congratulations! You have just found the best mechanic for Japanese cars in Georgia. Vince is personable, transparent, and his knowledge is second to none.Vince used to work for dealerships and knows how they will try to rip you off..not Vince. He takes pictures of what he finds and sends them to you while he is working! He waits for your permission to make any changes to your car after giving you the price. If I could give 6 stars, I would. I will be making my next car purchase based on what he will work on.

Vince & Holly are amazing! Vince has been taking care of my Nissan Pathfinder since I first purchased it 2016. Every single time my car is with him, Vince takes pictures of what needs to be fixed or updated and texts me the images with prices. As a woman, I was always nervous about being misled by my mechanic since I have no knowledge in the field. With Vince, I never worry! He is so honest and trustworthy! Just a genuinely great perso . in fact, hes so trustworthy, I know I will most likely stay with Nissan or Infiniti so I keep him as my mechanic. Thanks so much Vince for everything you and do to keep me safe on the road. And a big thanks to Holly! She runs the office very well and is always so great to connect with. Thx so much You guys!

We have been going to Gwinnett Performance for over 10 years! We do not trust anyone else with our cars. They are like family to us and now taking care of our son’s car. Vince and his team are extremely knowledgeable regarding Japanese vehicles. If he can’t work on it, he tells you up front.

I've been a client of Gwinnett Performance for close to 12 years. "Vince", the owner has been the best thing that ever happened to my 2006 G35. I won't take my car anywhere else.I put full trust in him, from tires, tune ups, brakes, oil changes, etc. etc.For a 17 year old car, it runs exceptionally well and still has a lot of pep.Vince explains any repair issues very well, plus sends pics of his progress during I love Vince and Holly! Together, with their son and team, they run a tight ship! Thank you guys and Happy New Year!

I cannot begin to say enough positive things about Vince and his shop. I've been struggling on and off with my brakes shaking to avail from my old mechanic. I finally had enough and brought my van to Vince. Not only did he fit it in quickly and complete the enormous amount of work the old van needed, but I got updates, photos, and was always in the loop as to what was going on. Vince is an amazing mechanic! My 2011 car truly now drives like a brand new car and I cannot believe it!!! Such great craftsmanship! I will now be taking all my family cars to him!

I genuinely believe I’ve found the best shop/service in Georgia! Thank you Gwinnett Performance for keeping my Nissan Murano riding smoothly, it drives like it’s brand new. I appreciated the transparency they offered me, along with photo and video updates while repairing my vehicle. I was also able to work out of the office during a previous oil change service, it’s a very clean and nice environment - plus, the staff is extremely welcoming! I’d recommend all of my friends and family to get their car serviced here if you’re looking for honesty, transparent pricing, and master technician quality of work!

I've been to a few shops around the Lawrenceville area, for different reasons, and with different vehicles. I honestly can say Gwinnett Performance is the only place I will take my Nissans. Knowledge, Experience, Integrity is probably the best description of what you receive with taking your vehicle here. I had a transmission go out in my 98 Pathfinder 2 years ago. I'm still driving it with no issues! The owner Vince informed that parts for my SUV are practically non existent. He made some calls and had a JDM transmission shipped here. I don't think anyone else could have found one. There was a fair price for install, he even let me keep my old transmission which I requested before we even got started. I just picked up a JDM gasket kit that, again I don't think I could have gotten anywhere else. Especially for the price that he sold it to me for. Holly in the office is always extremely polite and very upfront and honest with you. I really can't find any negatives to say about it. This is a great shop with great people, products and service.

This by far is the only place I will take my Nissans. I had a transmission go out in my 98 Pathfinder. Vince the owner informed me parts are really hard to find for my SUV. He made some calls and had a JDM transmission shipped here. This was 2 years ago and I'm still driving it with no issues! Knowledge, Experience, Integrity is probably the best way to describe the service you receive from Gwinnett Performance. I just picked up a gasket kit today I don't think I could have gotten anywhere else, especially for the price. They definitely go above and beyond the normal service expectation. They will always have my business.

UPDATE:UPDATE - Front end shaking ?Rusted brakes ?. Nope The car wasn't driven over 60 miles in the last 3 months . It's my toy", not daily driver . The car looks and shows well thats why he was gushing over it when I brought it in telling me what a sweet ride I had and not to sell it. Now all of a sudden it was neglected?? Nope .None of that was true This guy Vince has to make up a total lie to attempt to redeem himself . My beloved G37 has always been taken care of. The only reason I used this shop was out of being ignorant of what a rip off artist this guy is and my mechanic not being available. The fact that he had to refute my review with lies is sad. This is not the first time I have found out that Vince is a VERY dishonest person. Ask him why he HAD TO LEAVE NISSAN . Keep it real Vince those around this industry that work in it know how you operate. I only wish I did my homework before I spent my hard earn money at your bootleg shop .You lied about the back brakes needing to be replaced , how do I know ? Had them check and sitting pretty at 80%. Too funny my Car was as loud as a Mack Truck after leaving your shop not once but twice ! And the 2nd time you attempted to rip me off again for the back brakes asking for another $500. Sad........#FactsThis has been a financial nightmare. I took my beloved G37 in to Cory for an inspection to see what the ole boy was in need of. The car is NOT my daily driver and is great overall condition. I was a little reluctant to do all the work that Cory initially advised, but thought what the heck it's my toy and I want to keep it running tip top. Now I see many reviews on here that are " very positive ". I only wish that was my experience. Once I got my car back the brakes were making extremely loud squealing noise , so much so the neighbors were looking shocked and my wife didn't want to drive it. I figure no worries I just call in and arrange for Cory " the owner " to check it out . Surely that won't be an issue or so I thought. Cory's disposition was dismissive and I pick it up the moment I got to the shop. He gave me some nonsense response that the material on the pads had to burn off and took the car to the back. Once he returned he mentioned that the back brakes needed to be done and he could do it for another $500. My first thought was , ok it's been a few weeks after you had the car and now it needs back brakes ??? I declined to have them done and was anxious to see what adjustment he had made to the front brakes to alleviate the noise. No sooner then I get two traffic lights away what do I hear ? You guess it !! , the same hallowing screeching, horrible sound as before . Now at this point all I can reflect on is how great these break pads Cory bragged about. " I use only Akebono pads".. But as you look at the picture below notice the FACTORY pads tan in color I had go pay for them again from the DEALERSHIP. They are smooth and not pitted like the ones Cory put on my G37. The final straw was when I saw oil stains on the grounds "which I never had prior to , the car has less then 79,000 original miles. This was the aha moment that I had to get the car to a Dealership and quickly . What was discover was very disheartening . The car was leaking oils due to the gasket being bunched up and not properly installed flush . I was told a lot of internal damage would had been done if I had driven the car much further . I was beyond pissed at this point .See the pictures of the oil that has sprayed out below. The final and must telling blow came in the form of the verdict on my back brake , remember them? Let me save you the trouble of strolling back up. "THE DEALERSHIP STATED I HAD 80% PADS LEFT !! THE FREAKING DEALERSHIP! This was a total rip off job and I was literally cheated out of at least a grand . Cory bragged that all the service writers at the dealership across town knew him and he is right , it's just not for the reasons he thinks. Word is spreading ......

I've never ever considered trusting any mechanic to work on my car. I was lucky enough to have met Vince and his team at Gwinnett Performance when I was on the search for a new mechanic. His prices are super fair compared to other competitors/dealers and his communication is outstanding! Gwinnett Performance is probably the first and maybe the only place to have kept me updated on my car repairs by sending me pictures and messages about the work that's being done to my car as I'm waiting in their office. They always return my SUV in wonderful shape and it drives beautifully each time. They're now my go-to mechanic shop and I've recommended them to others multiple times!

I've serviced my Toyota Sequoia here for 10+years. It currently has 490,000 miles. Gwinnett Performance is consistently lower priced than other reputable service centers and we couldn't be happier with the customer service and quality of service. Great family owned business that we recommend to all our friends.
