Horrible customer service, lady was on the phone when I came in. Wasn’t greeted, couldn’t view any dogs. Waited 30 mins for someone to ask me if “I’ve been helped yet”. No smiles, or warmth feelings to the place. A list of it all!

Be there's really early around 7 am if u love a pet to be the first sign in is first come first serve. Leave to eat breakfast cause they don't open the lobby until 11am or 12pm depends on the day.

on there website it says the close at 5:00 pm, I came here at 4:10 and the store was closed!! This is not how you run a business closing down 50 mins earlier!!! On top of that there is no phone number to get in contact. Do better

This location was not what I expected in terms of size. I’m pretty sure they are amazing at what they do, but the options were very few. I felt that was odd considering the amount of pets needing homes. Would I visit again, probably not.

If they weren't providing homes to animals in need, I'd only give them one star.I went in last weekend looking to adopt a kitten. I've fostered before but it's been a long time. I was nervous and couldn't really get all of my words out. We walked in and weren't really greeted but found the cats. Some woman kept hovering over us saying that we need to fill out an application before interacting with the animals. Well, what if we don't find one that we want to adopt? That's wasting my time and their resources to fill out an app if we don't stay there. We looked at the cats anyways. They have a sign not to touch the animals - ok, cool, I get that. I was leaning over one of the cages trying to get the attention of a kitty and the woman was still staring me down. It was extremely uncomfortable. She finally left. Couple minutes later, I asked her about fostering. She led me to someone else who was extremely rude and condescending. When I was asking what the process was to foster to adopt, they rudely kept saying "You have to fill out an application before we can do anything." Ok, I get the general application process but I wanted to see how they specifically did it. I understand they were busy but adopting an animal or even hinting at the fact that I wanted to foster was a burden to them. Even though they have signs in their window saying that Fosters were needed.Basically, I held up my hand here like a 5 year old only to have it slapped away when I was trying to do a good thing.Obviously, adopt and don't shop but I definitely will not be adopting from here. Go to the Gwinnett Animal Shelter first! We had a much better experience and everyone was incredibly kind.

Due to personal and financial circumstances, we unfortunately had to rehome our dog that we had found as a stray the year before. It was an incredibly hard decision to make and broke our hearts. The volunteers were so kind and understanding with us and our situation. They found an amazing home and family for her and I'm so grateful for all they do for these animals!
