This is the absolute best pharmacy! I'm a very complicated patient with a long history that makes it difficult for me to absorb medication due to losing 2/3 of my digestive system. This pharmacy has worked with me, found alternatives so that I can absorb my medication, and gone above and beyond when it comes to customer service. I live an hour away, so it's difficult for me to drive to the store, but they've never hesitated to work in shipping my medicine to me so that I can have it. The staff is personable and friendly and just wants the best for their patients. I'm so thankful for Gwinnett Drugs!

Thank God for Gwinnett Drugs! Great customer service! Not only do they answer the phone, my compounded medication was priced competitively and they offer free delivery. They use a courier service which had trouble delivering to me because they did not have the gate code. Apparently, they are typically attempt delivery the next following business day. That didn't happen even after I supplied the gate code. I called Gwinnett Drugs and the pleasant woman stated she would look into it and get right back to me. She kept her word, put in a complaint to the courier service and escalated it to the manager who promised to get someone out that day or deliver it himself on Sunday. My delivery did arrive that day, a Saturday. I will be forever grateful to the young lady who apologized for the inconvenience and handled the situation efficiently and quickly. This level of customer service is rare today. Well done Gwinnett Drugs!

I switched to this pharmacy at the recommendation of my doctor’s office. They have many features such as prefilled pill packs and home delivery that made this seem like a great option.However if you have any medication that you need to take daily, please do not use this pharmacy. They are highly unreliable at actually following through.I have now been without a NECESSARY daily medication for 5 days, every day they promise it’s “on the way”. It is will Saturday night so I will have to be without at least 2 more days until I can contact my doctor on Monday to switch to a more reputable pharmacy.This inconvenience alone is worth a 1 star review - but this is also having a negative impact on my health! Completely unacceptable.

Made my appointment on their website for my booster shot. There was a ten minute wait outside and we were called into the store; the wait time there was about ten minutes.Clean store and employees were very cordial.

Got my second Moderna Vaccine today at Gwinnett Drugs. Much much more efficient than my first dose 4 weeks ago at a different location. They check you in quickly outside at your appointment time. I waited less than 2 minutes. Immediately went inside an entrance on side of building set up just for vaccines. Did not have to go inside pharmacy. I waited less than one minute. They have chairs set up for you to wait 15 minutes to ensure no reaction. I received a fact sheet and a free bottle of Tylenol for leaving a 5 star review, which was easy because this was a 5 star experience.

Good pharmacy. However their online sign up for the COVID moderna vaccine was crazy. Spent an hour online trying to sign up and you can't sign up over the phone. Then they just say to come in in n and they will fill the paperwork for you. The staff is always nice though.

Got my vaccine and I couldn’t be more grateful!! Nice and easy, I got the shot within 5 minutes of me parking and virtually painless! The appointment system with the email notifications is an honest heaven sent feature.

Couldn't be happier! Fast, efficient, friendly, helpful, informative. I showed up right on time, and I was done getting my vaccine within 2 minutes. I am impressed by how well this process has gone!
