My delivery was made after 8 pm; I was over charge for haul away services; they allot for 8 hour delivery window which is unprofessional; I wouldn’t recommend this place; it was a hassle having my product delivered in a reasonable time.

We went there looking for a washer that wouldn’t break our wallet, we found a very reasonably priced one, and they offered warranty, delivery installation and haul away of our 2 broken washers , and it was all still less than $500. We went to the store around 11:30 and it was delivered same day by 2 pm. The manager was very helpful and would definitely recommend. Spoke spanish too which was wonderful for my mom!

There's extremely high prices for used items,I wouldn't waist my time in this store.And yes I do call out bad reviews on businesses that take advantage of people,you tell me that an used stove goes for 499 when Lowe's have a deal with brand new for 470. i wish more customers put a real review of what type of business you have

I went to Gwinnett Appliances looking for a dishwasher. Within a couple of months of moving into our new home its dishwasher stopped working.With the move, my funds were low and I was concerned... wanting to make the right choice. I went inside the bright, welcoming store and met Jose.Immediately, his friendly smile, manners and professionalism put me at ease. He took the time to show me options and answer each of my many questions.He carefully explained the warranties and all charges up front to assure there were no surprises at the final sale.I think it was a Thursday early evening and as we were settling, a horrible storm came up. Out of safety, he gave me his card and I quickly left.I called the next evening to let him know I would be there the coming Monday to finalize the sale.Upon arrival Monday, I was met with the same kind professionalism. He checked with me for my availability for delivery. Everything was geared toward customer satisfaction and the sale was made.By Wednesday afternoon that week, I had the new dishwasher delivered, installed and the old one hauled away by a father and son duo with a warm family relationship. I was given more valuable tips and the dishwasher is GREAT with cool features.My experience with Jose, his team and Gwinnett Appliances was stellar. I highly recommend this establishment for any appliances you may need!

Our washing machine died on Friday and now here it is on Monday and Angel and his crew just hooked up my new washing machine! Very affordable!!! 90 Days Same as Cash - gotta love that! The store had an excellent variety of what looked like brand new and refurbished large appliances at reasonable prices compared to a few other scratch&dent stores in the area. Staff was very polite, professional and so helpful to us in the pinch we were in! Highly recommend Gwinnett Appliance on Scenic Hwy in Lawrenceville to anyone looking for a large appliance at a good price with excellent delivery and service.

I dealt with this store once and it was professional and easy transaction. Their prices are overall goods compared to the other stores. Most importantly, they don't rip you off on the fees of installation and delivery like other stores do. We have new dent and scratch appliances, and used ones. I would recommend them if you're trying to get a quick replacement without paying the full price of big stores.

Good prices. They didn't have what I needed but they had plenty of inventory and were attentive and polite. 90 day same as cash and no credit checks! Go and buy in stocks with no delivery delays.

These guys are fantastic! I worked with Alfredo on buying the appliances (dishwasher and stove) that I needed to buy, also I needed them delivered and installed by the next day. First Alfredo worked with me and helped me get nice appliances within my budget, then Angel and Alfredo went way above and beyond on the install, taking out a very outdated embedded appliance (that took alot of extra time and work) and then installing the new ones successfully. They are a 1 stop shop and I'm grateful that they helped me prepare my home for sale in 1 day!! I am so grateful I found them.

If I could give half a star or zero I would. This is the most unprofessional place I have done business with in the city of Lawrenceville. I tried to support this local business before going to Samsung directly for my washer and dryer set in which they are running pretty good deals there now. This place fixes or gets appliances with minor wear that they try to sell off as new. I bought a newer looking washer and dryer set for my mother and the dryer started squeaking right when we got it and the washer stopped working with a clog issue about a week or two after using it. They were horrible at communicating and calling my mother back when she called to try to get someone over. When I went up there I spoke with an Alfonso and he was very annoyed and rolled hie eyes when I asked if we could have someone come out. He said they would have someone out and they eventually came without calling so I had to scramble to get to the house for them to come in. They looked at a motherboard part and came the next day to see if they could replace it and they could not. They told us they could give us another washer but it would be a different brand but who wants a mismatch washer and dryer. We asked if they could find us another set or refund our money. They said they would have another washer that was the same model by the next week. We called and they never picked up so I went back up there to speak with them in which they said it would be here in another week. Fine. It took two weeks total and when the second washer came we used it and it started leaking water during the first use! At this point we were fed up and jus wanted our money back. The units had signs of wear and tear and we didn’t feel comfortable with having someone fix an issue on an appliance we paid about $1,000 for both together and we thought the 3 month warranty was too short if all their appliances had problems. They had no other sets so I asked for a refund which they did not want to give. I asked for another set which they didnt want to swap out for because they would be “loosing more money” as I was told from Alfonso as well as the owner Angel. They also would not give me a refund. I called and spoke with Angel and he was extremely rude and nasty to me and I only wanted to get my mother a working washer and dryer set. I told him I could take this to court if he didnt want to give me the refund and he was extremely aggressive and brushed me off and said I wouldn’t and couldn’t do anything. He wanted me to feel small and weak as a person and wanted to take advantage of us. He finally told me he would refund the money after a few calls back and forth and he’d be able to get it back on my card. After I drive back up there he tells me I will be getting a check and as soon as I said we agreed it would go back onto the card (in a very normal and peaceful but concerned voice) he yelled at me and said I could leave or he would call the police on me (using this as an intimidation tactic because I am a black man knowing how police treat people who look like me). He also said I could take them to court or take it up with my bank and dispute the charges. As I’m getting ready to leave he tells me to take the check and cash it at regions bank as they wont have any fees because its coming from his business with regions bank. It cost $10 dollars to cash there and I let him know it was that much and he said I wouldn’t be receiving any more refunds from them (my bank is in downtown atlanta so I couldn’t cash it anywhere in Gwinnett). This is a horrible business, the owner does horrible business and the appliances are garbage. DO NOT SHOP HERE. I WILL CONTINUE TO STEER POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS AWAY FROM THIS PLACE BECAUSE OF HOW DIRTY AND HOW COCKY THE OWNER WAS THAT NOTHING WOULD COME OF MY BAD SITUATION. HE WAS VERY HOSTILE AND DOES NOT NEED TO BE DOING BUSINESS IN OUR GREAT CITY OF LAWRENCEVILLE!

I had ordered a new fridge and stove from ESM and I received it very quickly. The workers who installed it where very kind and worked fast. When I was having problems with my new stove it was replaced a higher quality and more expensive model free of charge. I would highly recommend purchasing from them for great prices and great customer service.
