This was a bad experience and rush job, I ordered all women shirts. I explained to Cheri it was for a hairshow this weekend. I picked the shirts up to come home they are all kids sizes. Like it’s bad. I will stick to my shirt printing company in snellville. I don’t like my shirts looking cheap and like sticker material. I showed her a shirt from my prior place so she could know. It was just bad. I will never go back in fact I’ll be returning the hoodie and everything back to the store no one can fit any of it.

I was in a pinch and Francisco(Frank) really helped me out. I had sent my printing to a previous company, and they were stalling.....so I retrieved my items and brought them too Ground Pounder the Friday before Christmas. Frank Hooked me up with exactly what I needed in a matter of hours. He saved my Christmas, I could not disappoint my daughter on the holiday. Shout out to Frank and the Ground Pounder team. Amazing customer service and quality. I called them this morning becuase I desperately needed a hoodie printed for my son before Christmas. I had dropped the ball and forgot and wasn't sure I'd be able to get it done. They were happy to accommodate me and turned the product around in a couple of hours! They totally came through for me, and the quality was excellent. My son is going to be thrilled. I have already recommended them to friends and will be back for custom printing for my work.

Fantastic customer service. We came in with last minute orders and not only did they meet the deadline but they were ahead of time. The imaging on the shirts were immaculate. We will definitely be coming back. Cheri and Frank are very friendly and we should be supporting veteran owned local business like theirs.
