I have been trying to get them to approve my dog for flea medicine and they said they would leave it for the manager at 11:30 am and I called again at 4:30 and the manager left before even connecting with me. I will be finding a new vet.

Gwinnett Animal Clinic has been nothing short of amazing to myself and my two dogs since we transferred there. Both Dr. Cook and Dr. Wallis are absolutely wonderful, empathetic, knowledgeable, and overall fantastic people. We always feel welcome by everyone and feel they not only care about our dogs well-being but mine as well as a pet owner. Their prices are extremely reasonable and the care is top-notch. I wish we had transferred our dogs over sooner. Overall an amazing place for any pet and their family.

Please just stop searching for a vet right now! I have had the most wonderful experience with this vet, considering our circumstances. We found a lump on our kitty that turned out to be mammary cancer so we have had many encounters with Dr. Cook at this clinic. She has gone way above and beyond to seek out answers, consult with veterinary oncologists, and spend a great amount of time talking with us on the phone about our options. I was extremely nervous about a surgery we were having for our kitty to remove her entire mammary chain and worried I was making a mistake by not going to a veterinary oncologist. However, I had this intuitive sense of trust for Dr. Cook from the encounters I had with her.I am so happy i did! She was in amazing hands at this clinic, they were so attentive to her, and her recovery was so smooth! Additionally, their pricing is extremely affordable compared to other vets. I couldn't believe all that was included in the surgery cost, such as medication and they even included the medication for the antibiotic she needed when a small part of her incision became infected. We would recommend this vet to anyone! Thank you so much gwinnett animal clinic!

I've only had one emergency visit for upset tummy- I'm pretty sure the puppy ate a frog of part of a frog on a late night walk- it was dark and happened so quickly and they saw me right away and didn't try to cash in on my emotional distress. Everyone was friendly and prices were reasonable. The next visit I brought two pups in for an annual and due to covid I didn't have to go in - the process was easy and they had excellent communication. I really don't want to see the vet except for check ups but I'm not afraid to bring a dog here for fear of being overcharged. This is no frills animal care.. which is exactly what I need

The staff was extremely tentative and kind. They gave me answers to my pets issues that other vets had neglected to do! The vet was easy to talk to and very informative. I recommend this place to anyone who wants their pet to really be checked on. Also, they seem to be affordable! Ill be coming back here for all my pet medical needs.

I took my dog Lucky there for an ear infection and had a wonderful experience! This will definitely be our forever dog clinic. The staff and vet were fantastic and thorough and the prices were great as well. They didn't try to sell me anything that my dog didn't need and the vet seemed genuinely concerned for Lucky. I give them 5 stars and will definitely be back for his annual exam.

A great place to take your pets. The staff is friendly and helpful. We see Dr. Cook and are 100% pleased. She listens and takes time with our pets and with us. There is a genuine feeling of care and concern that she exudes. As far as price, I doubt you will find another vet clinic with better rates. I highly recommend Gwinnett Animal Clinic.

I have been going to see Dr. Wallis and now Dr. Cook for almost 20 years. As long as I am able to get to Gwinnett Animal Clinic, I will. I have had 6 Pomeranians, 2 Great Danes and 3 cats. So I have had the regular visits, the sickness issues, legs broken, teeth cleaned, cancer, collapsing tracheas, death and various other ailments. My dogs were rescued, many with less than stellar breeding and my cats just showed up here one day, hungry and starving. So they have all had issues. My most recent visit was for my 2 remaining Poms. They are seniors with collapsing tracheas and it is heart breaking to see them struggle for each breath. I was scared my only option would be a sad one. But less than 24 hours later, my babies are doing so much better! Gwinnett Animal Clinic was, as always, professional, friendly and caring from the appointment booking clear through the check out. This building is the same, so don't go in expecting all the fancy waiting areas and rooms as the new places. This is a simple, clean facility. You pay for your pets well being, dr time, needed treatment, not the fancy new facility and gadgets. I love this place and they love animals, it shows through and through!

Nothing fancy about GAC; but wonderful and caring vets and staff! I've been going there for over 30 years and have gained and lost a number of animal friends. Dr. Wallis will always give you good advice when having to make difficult decisions regarding treatments and economic issues. Very reasonable pricing. Try them you'll like them!
