I was in the mall for midieval times, and we were walking around after, and found this place. Very nice and helpful staff. Me and my friends were in the process of trying to find a place to play airsoft at, and I think we hit the jackpot! Definitely coming back with my friends soon!

There are only a couple things wrong, they allow actual teams, cqb teams that are competitive teams. And they don’t split them up so they end up destroying everyone and nobody has a say. But overall the staff is nice, nice players, and it’s a good store.

Probably the best air soft place in South Eastern America, everyone is so chill. Even the players are. The first time I went there about 5 people in full gear came out and gave us 3 bags of airsoft bullets immediately.

We had fun. The ref was great! Super nice staff.It was hard to tell who was on which team when everyone is running around.Only complaint... the bathroom was beyond disgusting. I actually missed one of the games to use the bathroom at the food court.

OMG my family and I had ball here for my son's 17th birthday! Super safe Super fun!!! Only thing I Recommend is wear alot of clothing the pellet's hurts. But just follow the rules and you'll have a great time! We will definitely be back!

My son knows very little but wants to get into this sport. The guys here were very accommodating and informative where when we left, we felt very good with what we had purchased and what we could do with this rifle. I think we picked the right place to come and get geared up for this sport.

Not a great place if you’re trying to have fun with your group. We reserved a time but it didn’t matter, they bring in other people and kids into your party regardless, who have much more powerful and custom guns and don’t care for the rules. Don’t keep score or respect the reservations at all. We thought reserving a time meant reserving a time, but it seems like they’re only loyal to the try hards that have full gear and customs guns that come there often. Definitely don’t recommend if you’re trying to reserve a space to have fun with your group.

I truly appreciate the store with their return policy and the courtesy they have when items can be purchased without the other parents consent. Charles was very helpful with assisting me with a return. I am very grateful for the quality of service I received today and will return for any future purchases or attendance with taking my 10 year old son for a great experience here I highly recommend the staff members and the location

Not a good place for beginners, you can't tell who your teammates are unless you look at them closely before game, the some players don't call their hits, and some even shoot into spawn and full auto.

This is not a place for beginners. We thought would be something fun to try but were not prepared at all. The rental gear is cheap and not nearly enough protection and you go up against people who have overpowered weapons. Would have been nice if we were told this prior to spending a good amount of money. Every hit we took drew blood and welts and kids had a miserable time. That said if this is your thing and you come prepared it is probably fun. Just giving a heavy warning to any parent that thinks this will be like going to laser tag. You are basically live target practice for experienced players. Lesson learned.

They were very helpful. I had a gun with multiple broken parts and they fixed it. They are very knowledgeable and good at what they do. Also good playing facilities

This airsoft arena is just that, an arena. It’s a pretty basic set up with somewhat of an evenly spread out grid system. If you want fast moving team death matches then this is perfect for you. If you want different game modes or more of a store, then go somewhere else. Staff is pretty on top of any problems, but because it’s in a mall, you play against a lot of rentals. I wish there was more of a store since they have the room for it but there isn’t much other than a few rifles and a few pistols. I’d come more if there was more stuff I could get while there.

Absolutely wonderful experience the staff is friendly and the feild varies every few months the players will sometimes not be too receptive to the rules but good otherwise

Family played a game on a sunday afternoon, workers dont explain the game at all before going in . Frequent clients get the upperhand and rules bend for them. Staff not knowledgeable of rules and safety. Fully auto rule only applies to new people- other experienced players will hit you full auto without being aprehended. Staff kicks out specific people from the game for playing the same way other people play. Not a fair game by any means.
