My trucks transmission was acting up again. took it in for warranty work, along with paying them to do other work. Got my truck back after renting, barrowing since they refused to give me loaner. My trucks came back smelled like transmission fluid, something burning smell so bad it cause my son to get sick from the fumes. Also now has noises and rumbling vibrates at low idle speeds. wasn't doing that when I took it in. Their service advisor, didn't seem to care much with his smile...service manager gave me false excuses. Owned many trucks, manufacturers in last 35yrs. They're the worst, beware.

Absolutely the worst experience o had since I've ever owned cars! I took them my car in July of last year and it came back with more damage that it had from the accident. They ended up having to repair all of their damage that they did to my car while it was sitting there for months while they fumbled the ball over and over and over. The service department was the worst and nobody wanted to take responsibility for all the mishaps. I have to take my car back to them because there's still more damage from when they repaired. It wasn't even associated with the damage from the accident. I am dreading taking it back because I'm afraid that it may come back in worse condition. The car I once loved I no longer want because of all of the damage that they have done to it.

They sold me a brand new corvette last year without disclosing chips we're missing for safety features. They never sent my out of state taxes to the state I live in. Beware the General sales manager Jason Scobie is a complete liar! He hangs the phone up like a child! Wow, what a coward and a weasel! Beware of the scams they are running! the owners hide behind this criminal. please think twice before wasting your money. Look at all the bad reviews!

The vehicle was ready for pick up as promised. I liked the sales lady Felicia also. My only concern is that it took 2.30 hrs. to complete all of the transaction even though I was a cash buyer. It took over an hour in this time period to get into the finance office to complete the final paperwork since only one person handling this area that day.

THEY SOLD ME A LEMON! Back in 2019 I purchased a 2017 GMC TERRAIN. I've had nothing but problems with it. It's now 2022 and I'm literally in my way to Nash right now because my car keeps shutting off. I hate this car. I will never purchase anything else from this place.

While our experience with the salesman, Antwann, was exceptional, my experience with the finance person was down right awful. I would have walked out but they were the only dealer to put their hands on a 2022 Bolt and we wanted the car. The finance person was arrogant and pompous and as I tried to go through the details of the financing and rebate, he made it quite clear I was wasting his time. I asked questions. He gave me answers. I went over the numbers with my spouse on speaker phone and the finance guy confirmed them. I thought I hit the high points of the the contract I was signing. It was my fault for allowing myself to be rushed and bullied by the finance guy, but I missed where he typed in a much higher interest rate than had been agreed upon. May be he treated me this way because I am female. May be he treats everyone this way. Either way, buyer beware, and bring your own financing. We are already refinancing and will utilize another dealer for any warranty work.

I took my my Chevrolet Cruze in to Nash Chevrolet in Lawrenceville, GA a couple weeks ago June, 2022. The car had previously been running hot until I put more antifreeze in it. After adding the antifreeze my car and air conditioning was running pretty good. I just wanted my car checked to be sure I was not in danger of it breaking down on me. I was told that it would be diagnosed and the Diagnostic Fee would be $145 and it would be Deducted from the Cost of Repairs. After waiting I was then told that I needed a Water Pump. The Total Cost of the Water Pump was close to $650.00. After driving my car home I noticed when I turned the air conditioning on my car started to act as if some sort of pressure problem was occurring as if water was coming out of a hose or if water had been turned off and back on again and it started doing some type of water pressure action. When I turned the air off it stop doing the presssure thing. It appeared as if the wrong part was put on or it was not repaired correctly. I was not having an issue with my Air Conditioning or my car running in this condition before. When I called Nash Chevrolet Customer Service they connected me with the service representative that signed me in for the previous service. She told me that there would be another Diagnostic Fee of $145 to recheck the work that they had previously done. She insists that there is another issue going on. Now this started happening as soon as I picked my car up from service and started driving home. If this had been the issue then what happened to the previous Diagnosis that I had gotten when they fixed the Water Pump? My car had not had this issue. If it had it would have been Diagnosed and fixed when they fixed the Water Pump!! Customer Service Rep is telling me that they only fix what I tell them?? So then they never even Diagnosed my car in the first place. I never told them what to fix I am not a Mechanic the Rep said that they would run Diagnostics to find out the issue. This is terrible I feel ripped off and cheated. Especially when you know this does not make any sense. I was also encourged by the customer service rep that it may be best for me to purchase another car. This is how they treat thier customers. I definitely would not take my car to Nash Chevrolevet in Lawrenceville, GA again or purchase a new vehicle from them. I am furious and would like my money back. Very poor Service and Customer Service.

I came in to have my vehicle serviced and upon leaving I noticed damage to my wheel well of my front passenger tire. The service manager was rude and told me they had nothing to do with that and walked off rudely when the work needed to be completed was in that area. He cursed at me and talked to me like I was stupid. I used to visit their service center frequently but never again because they showed their true colors with color.

My car was wrecked in January; I had it towed to Nash. I haven't had any bad experiences since I bought it from them. It is now May almost June and it is still there. I do understand parts are limited; but I call and email for updates. It's never a pleasant voice when my contact person picks up. He ignores my calls and e-mails. If it wasn't for the pleasant sales man Mr Brown I would never buy or have my cars service from here again. Sincerely An unhappy customer!

Poor service and frustrated and unfriendly employees. My son went to pick up some parts for me and the guy at the parts counter was rude .. son to the guy I am picking an order up and gave my name.. and that guy said what's that??? Then he was trying to pay and the old lady at the cashier spot was rude and nasty too. She got upset with my son because he used my card and it was credit and asked him for a pin. She got all crazy with him and treated him as if he was retarded. i hate when white folk treat Mexicans like this. Then I called their manager and he didn't have a pair to call me back! Sad dealership !!! Sad dealership !!!! Not to mention bunch of racist folks !!!

I went to several auto dealerships in the area north of Atlanta. Johnny Byrd & Mr Mitchell in finance at Nash were great to deal with. They gave me a good deal on my trade-in and a fair price for my purchase. They didn't have raised prices in this volatile car market of today. If I need a vehicle for my family in the future I would do business with Nash again. They were very responsive by phone and easy to talk to. They stayed until 9pm on a busy day to finish closing my purchase deal.

If you plan on bringing your car to the body shop don't. I took my car there sept 22 and still haven't gotten it back up to this date Nov.5 my car was estimated to be done two weeks ago and I didn't even get a phone call about why is it not done. The people are hard to reach out to. Called Robbie multiple times and the only two times he had answer was because I had to expressly request to talk to him. I called Wednesday and he said my car should be done today Nov 5 but now they're saying is still not done yet and it will probably be until Nov 11. Such an unpleasant experience!
