Absolutely love the staff there they have great selection of items for most sports fans although I would prefer to see more of certain teams I know they have limited space and stock for what they can do but I will always go there for sports gear and collectibles

I have been to many sports stores over the years. This store, more particularly the manager of this store always goes above and beyond good customer service. They always greet you as you walk in and are there to answer any questions, but are by no means pushy. Fantastic customer service!!You owe it to yourself to check this place out!They have a customer for life!!!

Bought a Falcons Jersey for my brother's birthday for $185 and the couple days after I gave it to him the number on the left shoulder fell off. Bought it on the 18th and gave it to him n the 29th. Number fell off on 31st. They refuse to exchange it due to being 3 days out side of their policy.

First time visiting this store and it is 100 percent a must visit for any sports fan. First store like this I have been to in a long time that doesn’t exclusively have NFL merchandise (good for those of us who don’t like NFL), and had so much college stuff to choose from. I picked up a few things, and will absolutely be coming back many more times to find more stuff!

I have been sitting in front of their store since 10 AM it is now 11:54 AM I even asked the security guard if he was aware that they were closing today he said no one informed them that they were closing online your hours say that you are open but no one ever shows to open the store it is game day I need a shirt and I am very disappointing

I'll give it to the folks at BassProShops at Sugarloaf mall. I had some unopened items that were purchased in Richmond, Va. 2011 with the receipt and was able to return them with no problem. I was surprised. It made my day.

Great selection! Couldn't find West Virginia Mountaineers merchandise anywhere in stock and they have everything! Friendly, helpful staff.
