So I bought a tire here with no warranty and it failed in 3 months due to a road hazard. I limped my car back here and they were able help ease the pain of dealing with a stripped lug nut, unscheduled trip to a mechanic to remove it, by replacing the tire for a reasonable price considering the previous one was purchased about 3 months ago!

If you’re going to go to a Global Tires, go to the main lawrenceville location. The second one gave me horrible service, didn’t do what they said they were supposed to and didn’t greet me at all.

Always a great experience going to Global Tires. The team knows their stuff, are extremely honest and top notch wihr customer service. They have always been very friendly and you can always tell its a great working environment as everyone is always positive. They have done excellent work on all my German cars for the almost 10 years I have been going here. THANK YOU for being a Unicorn in the Atlanta car repair scene. Today I got the best alignment I have ever received in my lowered C6 A6 and it tracks dead straight.

I wouldn't recommend coming here. Even when I have the lifetime alignment with Firestone on their really sweet machine purchased on my vehicle for free alignments i brought my cars here to global tires before. Firestone does a fantastic job and its like 150 for lifetime alignment. Dude is telling people I know to get more customers but I'm one and theres others too that you could have taken care of and I'd be there often. We have 4 vehicles running and driving insured. I was planning to bring all my vehicles here. They range from 50k and cheapest one i got is a 2 door straight 6 1996 jeep cherokee and it just sits if i ever need it. went there didn't have any positive customer service at all. Someone actually asked to borrow my lighter and didn't give it back also lmao. But hilarious hearing they asking ppl with followers to feed them more sales. Like are you going to take care of them when they come lol? I was one that was recommended to swing by. I did a few times and wasn't liking the experience at all. I've owned and managed shops and different businesses of different trades for over 16 years and I understand more than you think.

Quick and reasonable price. The guy at the front desk is so knowledgeable it seems like your mind is being read. I went in for TPMS sensors replacement and programming (all 4) and was out of there in 25 minutes.

I was sent here by my uncle Dino and father Andy who recommended this place for my after market wheels to be balanced and mounted with an alignment! They did a great job and the people at the front desk have phenomenal customer service! Highly recommend. Great prices and attention to detail.

I have been a loyal customer for 4 years now and after the experience with my last visit that will have to come to an end. My wheels were scratched up after I had two tires mounted and when I reached out about it I was told I’d have to pay money to get them repaired! Victor said “Rock chips from my front wheels kicked up and scratched my rear wheels.” He even gave me his personal number to call him so he could get more info and “review the footage” he said “it’s too blurry to make out” I sent before and after pictures as well and eventually he blocked my number, Like dude seriously? Anyway he basically refused to fully resolve the issue and now I’m left with a buck of scratches on my $1000+ kansei tandem wheels that I spent hard earned money on! What a bummer! Make sure if you go you watch over the techs like a hawk so this doesn’t happen to you!
