The best automotive shop I have ever been too. I do not stay locally but this shop will have my business whenever I am around the area and full recommendation for anyone needing car help. Professional, honest, helpful, fair and informative. No one wants something to be wrong with their vehicle but Michael and his crew have really made the inconvenience tolerable with their fantastic customer service. Thank you for everything.

Michael has been absolutely incredible. I've never met a more honest mechanic. I initially took an Infiniti in for a pre-purchase inspection and he was extremely thorough with everything, including pictures and written descriptions of the issues the car had. He steered me away from making a bad purchase and gave me great advice and recommendations for other vehicles.He genuinely cares about his customers and will go the extra mile to ensure they're taken care of. I would highly recommend Global Auto Solutions to anyone that is in need of car assistance, repairs, or inspections. I live about 30 minutes away but will only go to him if I have any issues. 7/16/21, Global Auto "replaced" my power steering pump in my BMW330 ci with a cost of $2268.79. In Sept. of 2021 they needed to "replace"it again, as it was having the same problem. In questioning the failure, Iwas told "we don't know why it failed." In Nov of 2022, the BMW was inanother repair shop and they informed us that the power steering pump andthe hoses needed to be replaced. Knowing that this was done a little over a year ago, I contacted Global auto on Nov.26 to schedule bringing inthe BMW as it is still under warranty. I dropped the car off on Nov 30thand was informed that they probably wouldn't be finished until nextweek, because they were so busy. On 12/5 I called since no one hadcontacted me, and was told that while the power steering pump hadbeen replaced, they now wanted to find out why it kept failing becausethe manufacturer wasn't going to keep replacing the pump for free. I would have thought this would have been done the first or the second time.When I asked about the hoses, I was informed that it wasn't the hosesand it looked like another part that they couldn't find, even at the dealer,but that they would call by end of day to update me.12/7 I called and lefta message, no return call. 12/8 I went by the shop and saw the car, butno one was behind the desk, just a sign saying to call this number andsomeone would get back to you, called twice, no reply or return call.called again on 12/9 no reply. On 12/12 took an Uber to the shop only tosee the same sign on the desk, when I asked the guys in the garage,they didn't even know he was gone. I called the number twice got noone, I used my spare key and took the car home, no one has contactedme since. Nor did they reply to the BBB report I placed. So, $2268.00 and three pumps later my car still isn't right. Definitely not a place I would recommend

I've scheduled an appointment through their website twice, and both times, I showed up to a closed shop.The first time was right when they opened at 8, and the guy came 30 minutes late, but I let it slide because things happened. This time I figured I'd come at 10 but and now I'm standing in front of a closed shop with no one to contact.

We are very happy with this place. My husband found this place because they did repairs using my husband's car warranty. We had brought it in for multiple problems and each time he fixed it. There were many times that my husband brought it in and he took a look at it for no charge and fixed certain little things that didn't take very long. Most places will charge you for that.... I have also brought my Honda in a few times as it's a 2006 and needed the air conditioning replaced. Every single time he took my car right away with no issue and even offered a loaner which I did not need at the time but is very helpful. Most places will make you wait or say they can't see you until the week after. But he took me right away as it was hot and I have a baby that I have to take from place to place.... Then my husband's engine was going out and I feel like he went the extra mile to work with my husband's warranty insurance coverage and get it replaced. I feel like he worked very hard with the insurance warranty company even though they didn't want to replace it for some reason.... My husband and him worked very closely and it was approvedIn my opinion he is very great and honest and we will continue to bring our cars here! We are very happy with the services that are provided

This would be my 2nd auto repair with global auto solutions...I don't usually write reviews...bad on my part...but this time was the exception. On this particular day I was stuck in a kroger parking lot for about 1 1/2 hours.My car wouldn't turn over at all although I had lights and horn and windows work ..it was super hot. Finally I got her to start up. As I'm driving I call Global and Michael answered and really calm me down and told me to head on over...when I arrived there he was super kind...and set up everything with my Maxx care warranty..he even offer and did give me a ride home...the next day when my auto work was completed he came to pick me up to get my car... good service is sooo rare now a days..I appreciate you Mr. Michael and will be a customer for life... thank you always...

I had another company say they fixed the issue that was ongoing with my car, I came across Global Auto Solutions. When I tell you I was satisfied, I genuinely mean that. Michael was AWESOME from beginning to end. He had my Dodge Durango for 2 days and each day he'd call & give me an update on what was going on (which is something the other company never did) He explained everything in detail, I know nothing about cars and he was able to explain it in a way I understood. I never felt like a "bother" or that I was "inconveniencing" him like other places made me feel. From now on, anytime I need something done to my car Global auto solutions is the place I'd go.

I was in Lawrenceville checking out a car I was considering while car shopping, and I stumbled across global Auto solutions. I called at 10:30 and they said they could make an appointment for me at 11:30, I took the car over early and they politely declined squeezing me in early, but it exactly 11:27, they took my car in. I love that they keep their word on the time, and when they said it would take an hour, it didn't even take that long. I got both a full write up on what was good and bad about the car and a generous estimate on what it would take to fix the cars particular problem, and an insurance that if I bought the car, and brought it back, that I could get the repair done for less than what they quoted, then said "but you'll need that to negotiate better.". Thank you! While I was waiting on my car, I watched the chief mechanic bring the keys back to a young man who was there because of a brake issue. The chief mechanic said, it's $150 for the inspection of the brake system but I'm not going to charge you that because I think I already know what's wrong with it. It's a repair that's going to cost somewhere in the realm of $2,500, so I'm not going to charge you for the inspection, and here's your keys, you go on ahead and think about what you can afford to do. Wow. That was a kindness for a young man who probably didn't have all kinds of excess funds. It's nice to know that business owners still keep the big picture in mind.

This is the second time I've used Global Auto Solutions for a vehicle repair and both times I've experienced outstanding service. This morning I brought in my car that developed an odd engine oil leak that I couldn't locate in the middle of the engine bay somewhere. I was fearful it could be a major gasket issue. James took my keys at 8am and promised to get back to me asap. He called me 3 hours later and informed me it was an oil filter gasket malfunction. He charged me for the oil change and filter replacement and that was all! Global Auto Solutions will be my go-to mechanic from here on. They are honest, fast, accurate and affordable. Global Auto Solutions (AKA Meineke) uses used/fake parts, has horrible customer service, and "repairs" their customers' cars with dishonest methods, taking advantage of their customers. I am one such customer. I've been taking my luxury SUV there for years for oil changes, wheel alignments, etc. I've gotten my brake pads replaced there, also. Well, in August 2021, I needed to do an oil change, so I called and asked if they could get me in that day. They said they would be able to and that they'd call me back. They never did. I was in a hurry because I was going out of town that week, so I decided to have my SUV serviced elsewhere. To my surprise, I was able to walk in to Suwanee Service Station, and they took my car in within minutes (unlike Global AS). Shortly after they took my car in, the mechanic came in to talk to me. He said there's a part there that he's never seen before. He didn't want to mess with it in case it caused any issues and I'd have to leave the car overnight. He invited me back to the service area to actually show me what he was talking about (also unlike Global AS). The next day, I went to Global AS to tell them what I had learned and to replace the correct part. The manager was extremely rude and condescending. He ignored my concerns and nonchalantly said, "Oh, we can take it out. We have the tools. We'll do the oil change." Regretfully, I said okay, and they did the oil change. Fast forward to January 31, 2022. Yesterday, I took my SUV to Express Oil Change in Duluth, who were PHENOMENAL. They were able to perform the oil change and show me the part that Suwanee Service Station was reluctant to work on and that Global AS were supposed to replace. The mechanic showed me the difference between that part and a new one. The part that was in my car were two separate pieces, not one whole piece. It almost looked handmade. The part was also busted because, apparently, the previous place to do the oil change overtightened this part, a steel bolt, which goes into an aluminum oil pan. As a result, the inner threads on the oil pan have been damaged so that, the next time I get an oil change done, they won't be able to screw the bolt back in. They informed me that I would need to replace the oil pan by my next oil change, which can run anywhere from $535 to $1,980. (Also, the air filter that they took out and showed me was gray and filthy, which shouldn't be if Global AS replaced it back in August as they should have).I trusted Global AS to do their job with honesty and integrity, even though they never gave me paperwork for the work they did, which is my fault for not asking for it. Nevertheless, they should not be taking advantage of their customers. Do NOT take your vehicle to be serviced here. Both the manager and the owner are not to be trusted. They both are rude and unprofessional, telling me that Global AS is "losing money by doing oil changes, when they're busy working on Porsches and Audis. Doing the oil change was a favor." I drive a luxury SUV myself, but I guess that's a waste of time for them. You have lost a loyal customer for good. I hope my review prevents others from wasting their time and money at Global AS and potentially costing them thousands of dollars in repairs.Services: Battery

Bought my car in to have the Xenon headlight repaired and Michael diagnosed the problem and went the extra mile. He told me that the issue was somebody tried to fix it and actually caused more damage to it. He knew that it was me but but didn’t mention it. ? I've dealt with several different mechanics throughout my years of driving and having a car and they are the most best professional nice group of mechanics. They keep you up to date on everything that is going on with your car. they do the best to help you get everything handled with your insurance so you don't have to make several calls back and forth. what made me know I picked the right people to do the job is when I left my car so they could look at it and tell me what was wrong they called me at work and when I explained to them I couldn't really talk because I'm at work he said " Don't worry about anything we'll do our job, while you get back to yours" and that made me feel really secure they called me back with a great place to book a rental from and everything. they got my car fixed in less than 3 days and my car is running smoothly like brand new. they replaced my wheel bearings and did a alignment.Micheal and James are the best. I am a female and James even let me know that if I have any car problems in the future I can give him a call and he will give me advice first before I bring it any where else and get ripped off. For all my future mechanical problems I will definitely bring my car back to these guys and ive been recommending them to all my coworkers the hospitality is great here and once again James and Micheal are great helps.Service: Wheel alignment

This place was supposed to replace my motor after Valvoline ruined my engine with a poorly executed oil change. Global Auto Solutions Never once contacted me to update me that my vehicle was ready for pick up. I showed up at 1030am on a Saturday which according to they hours of operation is during open hours. No one is at the location. I call the number associated with this location and an automated answering service says they are helping another client. I can see straight through the windows. Nobody's is inside to help anyone. I am beyond fed up. This place its terrible with professionalism and at this point I'm afraid to retrieve my vehicle in fear that the job may have been conducted as unprofessional as everything else. If I could 0 star this place I definitely would.Service: Engine repair
