We visited Global Auto Gallery after filtering a cargurus search. The GMC Yukon XL we selected was as good if not better than presented. Sonny was very accommodating in answering all of our questions and working thru the sales process quickly and efficiently. I purchased a 128i M-Sport from Global auto gallery from out of state. It was a little sketchy buying a vehicle that you can’t see, but Sonny helped me throughout the whole process. Once I received the car, I was instantly at ease. The car looked better in person, drove great and was absolutely immaculate. Shipping process was easy too. I would definitely recommend this business and will look for them again when I’m in the market. 10/10.
**One month update: the clutch went out on the vehicle and I did not opt for any extended warranty. BUT Sonny sent me money for a replacement clutch(not labor). You don’t find quality service like this anymore. Buy here and get peace of mind.
**Update 2: Oil pan gasket failed. This was not covered under the included “bumper to bumper” warranty. Even tho everyone at Global Auto is very personable, I would highly recommend getting the extended warranty. This all happened within the first 1,500 miles.. I drive all highway on the 407.
All in all, Global Auto had a good, rare spec BMW for a great price. Besides the 2 incidents above (and 3k later) the car drives great and looks good too. If you are an out of state buyer I would say be cautious unless you have someone look at it or you purchase the extended warranty.
