They charged us 40$ for them to take our cat out of the carrier, be too scared to do anything, put him back in the carrier, and send him home. They told us it would be 50$ more to sedate him. They did absolutely nothing but make us wait for over a hour just to charge us for them taking our cat out and putting him back. And then they signed us up for amillion different mailing lists, post card, email, text reminders, check up calls, "Hi Our records indicate that it's about time we see your cat for the following veterinary services:Examination: Wellness Comprehensive" YOU TRIED TO DO THAT YESTERDAY AND WERE TOO SCARED AND CHARGED US WHY WOULD WE COME BACK AND TRY IT AGAIN?!. What a load!

Horrible customer service. Horrible care for animals. I have a puppy that had an accident called them because they are the only location open on a Sunday and state they see emergencies. Well I was refused because they really don't see emergencies just appointments. When I asked the lady, who was very rude and was talking over me and refused to give me her name, "why do you state on your hold call back music you see emergencies and on the web you see emergencies?" She couldn't say, and just said we see emergencies. Russel ridge animal hospital has 0 consideration for pets that need to be seen. I will be letting EVERYONE I know about or experience!!!

They gave our dog Bravecto and charged us $144.98. Later I called around to other vets and checked chewy.com for prices, IT WAS LESS THAN $70. Made a huge mistake taking my dog here for all these years. I'll be taking her to Suwanee Animal Hospital for now on.

I've been bringing my golden retriever to Russel Ridge for the last few months and I can't help but feel that they're so focused on maximizing the amount of money they charge on every visit. For example, I was prescribed Animax Ointment and it cost $30 at the vet. When I went online, I found the same exact ointment for only $10 at both Petco and Chewy. A 200% markup for literally the same product is absolutely ridiculous! It's just one example, but they seriously nickel and dime you for every little thing and it all adds up.

My sweet girl "Ruby Toot" conditions led our previous (very good) vet to throw the towel in. Dr. Brad Miller at Russell Ridge took the time and had genuine compassion for Toot and all she's endured at such a young age. Combined type Eosinophilia Granuloma Complex, terrible stomatitis, mycoplasma pneumonia, chronic rhinitis....all leading to gradual closing of her nose! She is a fighter and he continues to remain sensitive not only to her physical health but her emotional disposition too. He and his wonderful staff have become our extended family. As far as pricing, I've found them to be very reasonable for the level of care your baby receives here. They are less than half the cost on diagnostics quoted to me by Blue Pearl. We are so blessed to know these wonderful people.

Amazing place! They actually spend the time to find the root causes and care for your pet. I can't recommend them enough!

Dr Williams is my favorite doctor here. She knows what she's doing and knows how to explain everything so you're always properly informed. She's been helping my senior dog for the past two years and always does a great job with her. Prices here can get pretty expensive but they always provide quality care. All the vet techs and front desk ladies are super sweet and know how to handle my feisty chihuahua.

Careless veterinarian failed to warn me of possible reactions to a handful of vaccines administered to my Frenchie. My dog suffered from a severe allergic reaction to a Lepto shot- a shot he didn't even need!!- because this place is very insistent on upselling you and taking your money instead of taking actual care of your animals!A couple minutes into his physical exam, the vet told me that he needed knee surgery. But when I asked to feel his knee, she stated, "I'm not sure if you would feel it."My dog broke out in severe hives, was unable to breathe, and vomited multiple times hours after his vaccinations. I took him to an urgent care vet specialist and was told that he did not need a Lepto shot- the shot that caused all of this.

Highly highly highly recommend going here, my puppies came down with a bad case of parvo which is incurable to my knowledge and dr Williams saved them! I never had a good feeling with other vets and was skeptical at first but everyone was so nice! They immediately rushed us and dr Williams made us feel comfortable she was patient and understanding and answered all of our questions, she saved my puppies life and I couldn’t thank her enough. Please please take your pups here! (Russell ridge location)

They didn't help my kitty at all and now she's gone. They charged an obscene amount of money. Didn't treat my kitty or myself with any respect. I wish I never came here at all.

So grateful for this practice! Even though we have no history with them, and appointment processes are more complicated due to Covid - they took our cat as a walk-in with a serious infection in his mouth on a Saturday afternoon. The cost of the exam itself is exactly the same as at other vets I have researched - and they completed a thorough exam and answered all of my questions, even helped me administer a dose of medication that I wasn't comfortable giving him myself. The medications seemed a little bit expensive, but I don't have a frame of reference. This will definitely be the practice we go to going forward.
