They told me that they accept my insurance only on the bronze level not the silver. I told them what insurance I had when I made the appointment you would think they would have asked me right then and there to make sure that they take my insurance plan.

Don’t even deserve 1 star, took my husband for a physical FRONT DESK IS SO RUDE! Not welcoming AT ALL!! We left for this reason. DO NOT COME HERE

These front desk receptionist have been rude everysingle visit I have had! I switched doctors simply for this reason! Not to mention how unsanitary this practice is !!!!!!
Also they always have issues with their blood pressure Machines! It’s a complete mess!

DO NOT COME HERE!! Everyone that works for this company are scammers. I have been coming here for several years (only because they take my insurance and are close to home). I have finally had enough of them and I am never coming back. There are no real doctors here. Only random nurse practitioners that never last. Front desk people are rudest people you will never meet. They never charge me for co-pay, even when I ask to and they don’t let me. I get a bill statement which I don’t want because I wanted to pay up front. I dispute my bill with them because of un-related charges and then never let you know that you have charges that have been sent to collections!! How am I suppose to pay for my bill when the charges I am getting are changing constantly. I get a new bill and then get told that my new balance have been sent to collections!! Why!? The phone operators for GA Clinic are the worst and are the real scammers. They don’t actually operate in the U.S. Will put you on hold and eventually hang up on you. Made appointments over the phone just to show up and the front desk to tell me I don’t have one. What a waste of time. No one for this company cares about patients. They just want your money and make you come back constantly so they can get it. If you have serious health concerns, DON’T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID AND GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!!

Horrible wait times. They made me wait for over an hour in a half to check on me. My family and I will no longer be coming here. Trust me stay away from this place.

I booked an appointment and the guy I spoke with confirmed my child dob and I even received a call to confirm the appointment but when I showed up I was denied because of my child age. This was a huge convenience considering I had to leave work to make it there. The receptionists and doctor were unbothered by my frustration. Very unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. Stay away!!!

The front desk receptionists are rude and unprofessional when visiting the Sugarloaf office and when calling into the office. I’ve experienced there attitudes and unprofessionalism several times and at this point if it wasn’t for the great RN’s and Doctors I would find another location.

HORRIBLE AND RUDE ladies working the front desk especially the Indian lady don’t know her name she gets mad when you ask her questions and doesn’t even put your information in when you sign in.

My mother went in to make her 1st appointment, handed them her insurance card and they stated they took her insurance, goes in for her 1st and 2nd app and NOTHING is said about her ins. After 2nd appointment she receives a $1,652 bill where the insurance didn’t cover ANYTHING! Called insurance and they stated the office took the insurance months before but did not re extend they’re contract. So why was she told THIS office accepted her INSURANCE!?!?These people are crooks! Ohh & Don’t waste your time calling for help they take your number down and never call back! they are a big waste of time& money. People are looking for medical assistance not to be scammed for outrages amounts and still be left with health concerns. Now my mother has fear of going to any drs office because these people don’t know how to do they’re job! She went in looking for answers and walked out with higher stress and a debt she won’t be able to pay, what a great way to help those in need!

Awesome place to visit everyone is so helpful front desk is always smiling face great welcome always any even time you go evening even you go At 6.45 they will not say no they see you right away love this place all season they decorate clinic so well it feels festive in there 100/100 .
