Called this morning to have them go ahead and refill my prescriptions so they would be ready when I got there, and I specifically asked them to check to make sure they had all 3 of my medicines in stocks before I drove all the way out there. They confirmed that they did. I arrived a couple of hours later and they tell me they only have 2 of my 3 medications and would have to order the other. I'm pretty reasonable and I understand that people make mistakes, but this is far from the first time this has happened. Smh.

Manali is rude and should not be a manager. The employees lack customer service and phone etiquette and when you bring it to her attention she could care less. She defends employees rude behavior and gives incorrect information. She is argumentative and frustrated with her own lack of leadership skills and poor customer service.

Stop lying people! The Staff at the Lawrenceville Location inside of Viewpoint are RUDE ESPECIALLY MANALI, SHE IS THE MOST UNCOMPASSIONATE PERSON I HAVE EVER DELT WITH. I HOPE SHE GETS SOMETHING TO HAPPEN WHERE SHE IS BROKE AND NEEDS HELP!!!! MANALI WHAT WOULD JESUS HAVE DONE IF SOMEONE WAS SHORT ONE DOLLAR. I WILL TELL WHAT HE WOULD HAVE MOEE RHAN LIKELY DONE HE WOULD HAVE GIVEN THE DOLLAR..

I've been going here for over 10 years (since it was called GRN) and they have a fantastic staff of doctors and pretty much everyone who works there is very pleasant to deal with. Very Affordable and highly recommended! :)

Medicine wasn't ready on time. I was told that it would be ready by the time I made it from the norcross office to the lawrenceville office which took me 20 mins to arrive but the medicine was ordered at 8:15am I arrived at lawrenceville at 9:30am and when I got here the lady at the window said it was just called in and it would be a 15min wait. Very rude. From now on ill have my meds sent over to the norcross office. Ill be contacting someone over this division.
