Their Meta Quest cards were not activating properly and the service rep recommended a store that they knew were working even though it was not another GameStop. I am appreciative of that.

Lazy a$$ chick working there answers phone and tells me game is available get there and she asks if i preordered. Why would I call if I pre ordered what happened was she was too busy playing her switch to simply have checked her inventory. I try to support brick and mortar stores but when idiots like that work there what’s the point

Had a bad experience with this store twice.. One they call me to tell me they’re doing a night release for a game and I show up they’re closed and tell me they aren’t doing such event. Two, preorder a game and they can’t give me the copy I preordered.. that’s twice that’s happened to me. I’ll be changing my store to a different location and won’t be coming back.

I came in to buy the PS5 and was told they didn’t have a bag to put it in for me. In other words, I would have had to carry a big box around the mall. How do you offer products and not have a bag for what you’re offering? I had to go to Five & Below to buy a bag to fit it in because I didn’t want to be a target walking in the mall with such an expensive item. I did not like that at all. The store should have a bag or whatever can hold what the customer buys. It was an inconvenience and bad business.

Cashier did not acknowledge us until I asked her if we could check out. She then continued to play on her tablet a little bit more until she finally decided to check us out. She acted like she hated being there and made us feel unwelcomed. Will not be coming back to this game stop again.

This store has started going down hill after last management. Had certain item ordered from a long time ago and was told they had two and those were already pre ordered. I told the employee I ordered mine on day one and was told from a different employee I was first on the list since I was the first to pre ordered (the day I did my pre order). Had to cancel my order and decided to go elsewhere to get the item. What really upsets me most was the employee told me I should’ve picked up the item, well how I’m I suppose to know if you have the item when I was told I was going to get a call!!!AVOID THIS GAMESTOP!!!

Had to return some stuff I bought online so went to the GameStop inside the mall. The person working said that the company no longer does returns in store. This is a lie.They said it’s the new policy and may not have changed it online. Said we have to print out a shipping label and ship back to the company. Even said the manager said the same thing. This is not true. Called GameStop number and they said that is not true. Went to a different location and they processed the return right away. Told them about what happened at the sugarloaf location and they were also very confused and they said no such policy was ever made and we can definitely return to ANY GameStop location. Waste of my time.

I was interested in a item at this specific GameStop at Sugarloaf Mills and Matt helped me out so much and was super kind to me all the way throughout. I really appreciate the time he took to explain everything to me and give me the most amount of information at his disposal. Thank you Matt!!

Be aware of the associate named "Bow" rude attitude and doesn't know how to talk with consumers. Luckily Gamestop Customer Care helped resolved my issue. This guy doesn't know who's who that he interacts with a needs a change of careers because dealing with other people isn't his strong suit.

I walk in the store with my son, and speak to the guy behind the counter and he speaks back. I saw two playstation 5 games new for 19.99 and use for 27.99 and I ask the guy politely whats the different cause normally the pre-owned games are cheaper. This smart as suppose to be customer service cashier got smart talking about... and I qoute WHAT DOES IT SAY, AND I responded politely one is use and the is pre-owned amd his exact words were, THERE YOU GO.....as he changing out the register..... So I politely put both games down thank him for his rude as customer service and walk out. I will not shop at a place of someone being mean, loud and rude in front of my 10 year old son....
