This used to be my go-to place in the area to buy board games. They once had a prominent 3-wall display but they've been relegating their prominence more and more to a couple of shelves in the back to make way for their extensive and growing library of manga. As a comic book store this makes great sense so if you're a manga fan - look no further!
As a board gamer, it leaves me wanting - otherwise this would be a full 5 star review.
Despite my shopping preferences, the people behind the counter here are always great and ever willing to help. Again, I don't shop here for comics, but I've overheard them talking to other customers on several occasions about them and it's clear they know what they're talking about.

I've been coming to this place for about a year now and it's a lovely place to visit, especially if you're a big nerd! Majority of the store is filled with comics all displayed to easily find ones you're looking for, but also has a selection of Funko Pops, D&D items, and action figures ranging from anime, movies to comics and books. Definitely a nice place to visit if you're nearby ?

For many years I have spent money here. I had a subscription for a couple of years, but the employees would cause damage to my comic books while bag and boarding. I complained several times to no avail and finally canceled my subscription. They do bag and board all their comics, which is nice. The problem is the perpetual rudeness. I wrote it off as bad days the first 5 times or so, but it is always present. There have been numerous occasions where I start to go in, see who is working and decide to just keep walking past. I can't speak for the owner, but it is totally lost on the employees that it is patronage paying their salaries. Having said that, you can get some good 1/2 price back issues. I do prefer physically seeing a comic, rather than buying online; however, don't waste your time with any old key or variants. They are well overpriced and non negotiable. I have truly been in the store for the last time , because it is just not a joyful place to shop and search for that missing book in my collection.

The staff at galactic quest are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The selection is very good.

First time comic buyer. Inquired about Judge Dredd comics through their Facebook page. They responded saying they had them. I walked in not knowing where to go. A front staff member was great at showing me where they would be and an additional employee helped him find exactly what I was hoping to find. Super friendly people and he was able to inform me they would have great recommendations based on Judge Dredd if I wanted to explore more comic series. I’d recommend them for any beginners.

The place has a very welcoming environment, low-priced snacks (only 50 cents for a water bottle!), a huge collection, and the owner looks a little like my brother!

I don't make it to Lawrenceville often, but when I'm in the proximity going to Galactic Quest is a must. Absolutely lovely inventory and the staff is so nice. The folks behind the counter are always up to date on current runs and love chatting about them. Great merch in addition to a good comic inventory. Love it here!!

I go to ALOT of comic book shops, and GQ is by far one of my Favorites.Not only because it's my LCS, but the staff is pretty cool, knowledgeable and they have a great selection of back issues. Oh, and they also have toys, kids books, cards, etc.

A good, quiet place with friendly staff. They used to have a lot more gaming stuff, so it was a bit of a disappointment to see how they've cut back on that, but my wife informs me that their comic book selection is unrivaled for the area. Good selection of manga, too, and they even have a designated kids' area with all of their Pokémon figures and Archie Sonic comics and the like. If you want a comic store experience that doesn't make you feel strange or uncomfortable, this is absolutely the place.
