Bought 2 blankets a week ago they didn’t take the theft tags off ?. Can by today at noon. & the store was closed. I can tell they won’t be in business much longer. Guess I’ll go back tomorrow they don’t answer the phone ever.

Today was a very traumatic experience for my sister and I. I went in FYE to look for record player for my birthday. After seeing what they offered, I went to the counter asking for assistance. I was immediately met with a nasty demeanor and horrible customer service from a black, 5'6, skinny employee who then proceeded to accuse my sister of cutting her eyes at him. He threatens her by severely screaming at her saying "ma'am with the pink bag you can get out of my store since you want to cut your eyes." Everyone in the store heard it. One of his friends (who isn't an employee) was so kind to help me grab the merchandise to take to the counter for a price check. I asked the rude employee what his name was and he goes "I don't give out my name and you were rude when you asked about the price."I promise to God and my Lord Jesus Christ, as a minister of the Gospel, I would have never just been rude. But mall security, mall management, corporate, AND Gwinnett County police department have been informed along with the recordings (oh yes I was prepared after strike one) and he will be dealt with accordingly because verbal abuse will never be tolerated.

Dont let them get to you by "helping" you "save money" I was under the impression that it was a FREE loyalty program as most stores have but no, you only get a free 30 day trail and after that it will charge your card automatically, I was unaware and the employee that checked me out did not mention that crucial piece of information

DO NOT LET THEM "SAVE YOU SOME MONEY"As I was checking out when the cashier began to walk me through the steps of signing up for a membership that would've netted me a discount without informing me that it would cost money. it wasn't until I walked away and was looking at all the goodies she gave me that I was going to be charged a monthly fee. I had planned to cancel it but of course I forgot and a month later I got hit with the charge, just ignore them when they ask you if you want to sign up, it's not free, unless you shop at FYE multiple times a month.

Do not give your email to sign up for the free membership trial. It will charge the card you used monthly and make you jump through hoops to cancel.

will always be such a welcoming environment, i hate that the alarms kept going off for me though (thought it may be my massive keychain in my bag? who knows? it kept going off each time i came in ) but during the time i went it was super quiet and not too crowded, everyone sort of kept to themselves which was nice. i found a few things, had an incredibly sweet employee help me out. i swear one of the requirements to working there is that you have to be attractive since each time i go there's always pretty people working there! definitely going back soon

“FREE MEMBERSHIP” AT CHECKOUT IS A SCAM. The store itself is nice but when I checked out they asked if I wanted to sign up for a free membership for a discount. Knowing many stores do rewards and memberships this was fine for me. Little did I know that this was signing me up for a monthly fee of $11.99. The employees did not disclose that at all and asked if I wanted a “free membership”. There is no email sign up so just beware your card will be charged every month with no email receipt or any notification of charge other than your bank statement. When I called to cancel the person on the phone just kept saying a marketing monologue and would not refund. Total scam and not ethical at all.

Great store but they don’t have a huge variety of shows like they used to. Over the years it has seemed to fill with more and more anime. Which of course anime is great and definitely popular/marketable but it seems to be trying so hard with that target market it fails to push any others. None the less, a store I still appreciate when I’m at sugarloaf mills.

I brought some cds and dvds in the other day attempting to sell or trade. The employee told me that I would have to leave my name and that it would take them a week to look through my bag of stuff. And of course they blamed it on Covid. If you have stuff you want to get rid of, don't take it to these clowns. Go to CD Wherehouse instead

I’ve been to other FYE stores but this one doesn’t seem to impress me. Most FYE I’ve been to has some cute plushies, fresh snacks, variety of music albums and merches. This one lacks a lot of stuff and doesn’t interest me to walk into the store.
