Modern medicine is dead. Hipnation is where it’s at. I am very pleased with my interactions with Dr Craig and Dr Ali and the time they have spent listening to ALL of my questions and not feeling rushed whatsoever. The philosophy of using natural healing methods opposed to being prescribed tons of pharmaceuticals that don’t actually cure the root problem, is a philosophy that I am in line with. It’s nice to know there’s medical practices like this one that are truly concerned about patients health, and not just making profit. Highly recommend Hipnation for anyone looking to get away from mainstream medicine.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Craig. I was a new patient but I felt like we'd known each other for years. I am 35yrs old and never had a doctor's visit where the doctor didn't rush me out the door. He actually listened to me and gave great advice and insights. I have already recommended him to my mom and a few friends. Oh and btw, I have insurance but I chose to go here because I wanted a doctor that would actually listen me and take time explaining things to me. Dr. Craig is that doctor. Oh, and their cute dog was icing on the cake!

Dr. Craig is the best family doctor you will ever have. He and his staff are knowledgeable, kind and attentive. No waiting, he never rushes you, listens attentively. Always comes up with the best treatments and solutions. He is just a txt or phone call away. Thank you for helping me and my family over the last 20+ years.

AVOID THE MEMBERSHIP. Signed up and over 3 week and no contact was made to me. Called, no answer, email, no reply. They literally took my 60$ and won't give it back or provide any service. BUYER BEWARE.

Dr Craig has been my dr as referral from my mom almost 20 years ago. He has always made time to LISTEN and I’ve never felt rushed. So thankful he’s concierge now. I know help is a call or text away when needed. One more thank you mom!

Craig Heigerick has been my doctor for over 22 years, and I unreservedly recommend him. One of the things I appreciate most is that he takes the time to really talk to me, and let me ask questions, without rushing me out the door to get to his next appointment. I also really like the new Direct Primary Care model he is using, which has already saved me a couple of hundred dollars in dr. visit copays and lab test fees. Absolutely worth it!

I cannot say enough about how wonderful Dr. Heigerick is! He has managed my multitude of health problems for many years and has always taken time to give me thurough care. I have seen countless Doctors over my lifespan and he is by far the best. He is genuine and treats you like family, I never feel rushed and he goes above and beyond for his patients. I would give him 100 stars if I could!

Concierge medical service at it's best. I looked forward to Dr. Heigerick leaving the scheduled controlled hospital practice environment to this direct care practice. He's been my PCP for over a decade.

Dr. Craig has been my primary care doctor for the last 30 years. The reason is quite simple. He cares. He correctly diagnosed a chronic condition and sent me on to a specialist. He takes the time to understand what is wrong. Because of his resent evolution, I tried 3 other doctors that were recommended to me by friends. I don't know what I was thinking. I had a horrible experiences at all three. No one seemed to care, it was 'get him in and out on to the next patient". More like a factory line. This is not Dr. Craig's way, in short he cares. Isn't that the definition a doctor? It is for me. I can not say enough good things about him. Try him you will thank me.

Every once in a while you run across someone or something that is a keeper. Dr. Craig Heigerick is a keeper! He reminds me of one of those bedside doctors that use to come to the house when I was a boy... something you don't find in the day and age. His knowledge and manner are top drawer and I would depend on him in a heartbeat.

Dr. Heigerick is and his staff are AMAZING! My favorite thing and for me is the most important one is that Dr. Heigerick really takes the time to listen and connect with me during my visits. He is very personable and caring. When I am at his office, I don't feel like I am at an assembly line. This is one of the main reason that I followed him to his new office.
