They claim their facility has burned down we have a family emergency and it is imperative we get the our tax return check . They will not answer the phone and voice mail is full can't leave a messafe. It's been a month and no updates on my husbands refund. It is so sad they would do this to us especially claiming they are Christians. I can only pray and hope this is not a scam they have all our info out w2 info and the check. Yet they refuse to keep in touch call or answer our calls. Please Freedom Tax do what is right and let us know what's going on so we can know what to do next but to keep us in suspense it is soo unprofessional.

EXTREMELY unprofessional and inconsistent. I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS BUT THIS PLACE SUCKS. They called me to tell me my check was here but I missed the call so they left me a message saying their business hours were from mon-thurs 10am-3pm. On Thursday I went to go pick up my check but they had a note on the door that said "sorry for the inconvenience, we will be back on Monday." As Monday's are no good for me I chose to come back on Tuesday morning, today. They are closed once again stating an inconvenience and saying they'll be back on Thursday! I drove 25 minutes to get there and they're always closed. Not to mention my mom asked them to mail her check 3 weeks ago when they told her it was in, we are in the same freaking county yet she has yet to receive it. Worst place ever. Will definitely be contacting the irs

Very unprofessional from the front desk to the guy who does the taxes and runs the place. It was my FIRST and LAST time doing anything at Freedom Tax and Wireless!!!

My family had a very BAD BAD BAD experience with this tax place. They r holding checking's at the tax place will not pass them out. I was told to come and pick up my check on Sat June 1 they was closed and never showed up with my check and now I'm ready to turn this matter over to the IRS and police. There was 4 other people waiting on they checks as well was told to come on Sat like me. I'm very upset with Freedom Tax my family and friends been dealing with them over 6 yrs. Now we r getting played by these peoples.
