Buy the reviews I should have known not to take something as simple as to Movado watches to this place to have the batteries changed, my wife suggested this place even thought I try to stay away from mall jewelry stores for this particular reason. $120.00 for2 watch batteries for 2 watches is insane should have known once I stepped inside their. I went ahead and paid due to knowing off top this guys intent, the batteries are barely $8.00 apiece! How do you justify the price? In reality I know what it is and the owner and management should be ashamed of themselves obviously they didn’t make enough money today. I will be making sure I make people aware to never do business with this place and hopefully by the reviews they will change how they conduct business with absorb pricing for people of certain complexion. Hell you could’ve cleaned them at least!

My friend bought me a tennis bracelet the first time I put on it broke I took the bracelet back and they fitted the second time I put on it broke again l took back I told them I wanted my money back, he tried to give me a cheap one

I’m super happy with my purchase with Aziz, I originally went into his store to purchase my 2nd pair of earrings for my daughter. He helped me find 2 pairs for a great price, one for myself and one for my daughter. Through conversation I vented that I was looking for a custom CEO necklace and showed him a photo of what I wanted. He told me not to worry that he’d get it for me within a few days! I was so happy when he reached out to me maybe 3 days later and had it available for me. I was so happy that I was able to get my CEO necklace before my birthday! I really appreciate his customer service and how sufficient he was at getting it for me at such a fast pace! He’s my favorite person now lols!!!! Thank you Aziz!!

I live out of town and was shopping and stopped in this store it is beautiful and the staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about their jewelry. I have been looking for a tennis bracelet for quite sometime and found one here. Both the bracelet and the price were amazing and just what I was looking for. I will definitely be going back for future purchases and the service.

If I could give a zero for this I would! DO NOT EVER SHOP HERE! My husband and I bought a bridal set from them we took it to get appraised and found out the center diamond was fractured when we returned and asked for a refund they refused to give a refund and told us to pick something else out nothing we saw we liked but didn't have a choice because of money already spent. After a lengthy debate we chose another set when we got home and tried it on within the first night of wearing it the diamonds started falling out. I am left without a bridal set and lost alot of money in the process.

A great place to buy reasonably priced jewelry! Just bought a 14k gold emerald ring that i am absolutely in love with! The manager was very patient and understanding. If you're visiting Sugar Loaf Mills and in the market for jewelry, be sure to check them out!
