The process to get my floors completed was seamless, professional and quick. Installation took a day, workmen removed and hauled away old carpets and cleaned up very nicely. I am very pleased with the outcome of this project.

Fantastic company! Fantastic Team! We are thrilled with Azzam and Owen! The installation guys were the best! Give them a try! Seriously! They were great from start to finish! We are constantly admiring our floors. They frequently checked in us as well as the crew! The time was mannered, timely, professional, caring. They even installed furniture pads before returning the furniture. If we could give them 20 stars, we would. We are thrilled to work with them on our other projects!

they came on time, had all the materials, were very professional, they did an excellent job bringing my parquet flooring back to nearly new. they also installed my luxury vinyl. everything looks beautiful. i highly recommend!

When we decided to replace our floors we didn’t realized what an adventure we were in for or that we would get to know people as amazing as Azzam and Owen.Owen was so patient with us as we worked to make a decision. And when we finally did he walked us through the whole plan to get things installed. Then we discovered there was more that needed to be done.Our entire sub-floor needed replacing. Azzam was so supportive as we navigated insurance issues and decided how to tackle the problem. In the end the team came together and took care of everything. The personal attention given to us meant the world.Now we have the floor we’ve always wanted and have met people who treated us with care and dignity during a difficult time.We can’t praise their work enough except to say that they are like family. The quality of the product and the pricing were great but second to how they treated us.Thanks again!!!

I choose FCI after reviewing a few quotes. My primary concerns were product, pricing, availability, installation and follow up service. FCI checked off all of the boxes for my project. I needed them to install laminate in multiple rooms and remove carpet. I was kept informed about the state of my order by Gabriella, and Rob was very knowledgeable and professional. The project was completed without a hitch. I would gladly refer FCI to anyone seeking this service.

Owen was the best to work with. He was beyond professional and helped us with the best options for our carpets and wood flooring. We chose a particular color of flooring to what we thought would match another room and he took our word for it. However he took it to another level and went back to the house (we hadn’t moved in yet) and matched the color of the flooring PERFECTLY!!! He also sent us updates and pictures. I would recommend working with him to anyone looking for new flooring. He’s the best!!!

Starting from their sales rep to the office coordinators to the actual labor staff, all are thoroughly professional and competent individuals. Floor Coverings is the best! From the Home Advisory step to the consultation to the installation - so professional and so excellent. This entire team responded in a quick manner, the installation was absolutely flawless and done in a timely manner and the finished product was breathtaking.
