I went to finish line today for a refund. Unfortunately they said they weren’t able to give me a refund because they don't have enough money to refund. A couple minutes later i saw a couple of people pay in cash. Went I went to the cash register the woman in curly hair and glasses said she still didn’t have enough money to give me a refund. What kind of shoe store who had a huge amounts of sale the day before have no money to refund me a shoes worth $120??? This is absolutely outrageous. I would not shop here ever again.

Staff is kind but no one can find the shoes in the back. Waited over 30mins….. an asked multiple staff and still nothing.

If you want to feel bad, observed and with a terrible attention this is the right place, I will not buy here again since you enter the store, until you are going to pay for your product they take care of you with a horrible attitude they should choose their staff better

I ordered a pair of shoes for pickup. The next day it was marked picked up and I had not picked them up. I called the store and spoke to the manager and he said yes they are still here. One of the workers marked it picked up on accident. Anyways, very odd. After 7 days, if you don’t pick it up they are suppose to refund you. We’ll, apparently he couldn’t un mark it. I ended up not being able to make the pick up. He basically told me I would still have to come in and return the shoes even tho I never picked them up??? Does he even realize how crazy that sounds. Now I’ve talked to customer service three different times and still have not gotten a refund. A complete headache. Will never shop at a Finish Line again.

Came in on this Thursday evening to purchase my 14 month old daughter a few pair of sneakers. I walked in was not greeted at all or giving any eye contact. I stood in front of the kid sneakers shelf for over 20 mins and no one came over to provide any assistance. I finally walked over to the register and asked for assistance. A young man who I believed may have been the manager on duty came over but after I inquired about a few pair sizes he went into the back and never came back out. There were probably about 6-7 staff there at the time and literally everyone was in the back. There was one female in front but seemed to not want to provide any assistance to me and other customers at the time. So I walked out and went to the Footlocker and purchased 3 pair of sneakers for my baby. Will never come to this Finish line location again.

Store scheduled to open at 11:00 am. Employees are standing around, when asked when they're opening, they shouted they will open in 10 minutes. It has been past 10 minutes. Surrounding mall stores have opened their doors on time without any difficulty. Customer service is horrible without having stepped into the store yet.

Do not go here.1st visit- Spent almost 2 hours to try on 2 pairs of shoes. They can’t find their inventory in the back. We only ended up trying on 1 pair.2nd visit- I agree with the 2nd comment on tonya. Or Tanya.We returned one item. She took off another item that we didn’t even bring in to scan. Then she charged us again for the item we were trying to return.3rd visit- after we realize that we were charged twice it took 35-45 minutes to get the money back. Why it took that long we really don’t know. The girl had to call tonya about 13 times to make the return.Worst place ever.

This place is horrible . I returned a pair of shoes since May 13 and have yet to received my refund . I have called like 5 times and they say they don’t have a way to help me . Then they say they are going to contact customer service for me and never do . They practically stole my money from me . The worst service ever. The managers aren’t helpful at all .

Awful customer service, on Sunday 1/12/2022 around 4:45pm a employee very young man was very rude and disrespectful. After we decided to walk out of the store this guy flipped my husband off several times. Really?

Horrible customer service. Miss Tanya don’t need A job . So rude. Don’t know how to talk professionally. We called multiple times and she picks up then transfers me and says nothing . Customer service calls and tells me call her back specifically and when I call back the employee saying she’s not there and and we going back and forth on the phone with an employee. All of A sudden oh Tanya’s back after he said she’s gone for the day and won’t be back till next week.

Poor service for thw manager mango. The shoes i was going to purchase was on sale per the sticker on several pairs of shoes and when i got to register they pulled up for double. When i addresed it with manager mango he was unprofessional and didnt care what they had them marked for. I was upset and he didnt show any concern then he finaly said he could give 20% off. I respectfully declined because it wasnt my fault all them shows was marked down and the customer service want good. I took my business else where and bout 100.00 + worth of shoes .
