worse customer service ever!! walked into the bank, stood there for 10 minutes, a lady finally came from the back and i asked are yall open, she says yea with a nasty attitude! then when i asked to make a deposit she said she couldnt complete my transaction. never again!

Clair provided horrible customer service.. she was rude, unprofessional and harassed me about my signature not matching.. she’s not a great team player from what I can see as well… so I closed my account with Fifth Third today. I will take my business elsewhere

53rd is absolutely horrible, I highly recommend finding a different bank to work with. I tried calling to see if any of my transfers had gone through, the lady on the phone said no. So I tried again to transfer my funds, it turns out they had gone through and now I am getting hit with overdraft fees due to a mistake in technicalities on their end. Tried calling multiple times, even stopping in person and nobody knows what to do. Save your time and frustration and bank elsewhere, this bank is not fit or equipped for the modern age and they need to invest into better Technical Support. NOT TO MENTION IT TAKES FOREVER TO TRANSFER YOUR FUNDS AND ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO ZELLE, just don't do it!!!

Everyone is always so friendly at this branch. I never have to wait in line like I do at other banks. Once I even came in right at opening and they offered me donuts and coffee from their staff meeting! When I call I always get put right through to a real person when I call Bank of America and try to do that I normally just get hung up on by the machine because no one is available to answer my call. This Fifth Third is awesome!

If only it was as easy to switch mortgage companies as it is to switch car loans! So the 2 incorrectly posted late fees were waived after someone from the home office kindly helped me. Now our credit reports reflect 2 late payments- which were not late, just incorrect by $94. That has been fixed- so I insist our credit reports are corrected as well.
