Phenomenal service! I came in very close to closing time and was greeted by Lia and Johnny. Johnny then helped me return all my work equipment and packaged it up for me! Customer service was too notch! Thank you guys so much!

I use this location as part of a package return program for my work. I'm giving it four stars because every time I come in, the self serve package drop is malfunctioning. But that's okay, the staff are super nice and friendly and always help me out, even if it takes a bit longer than it would otherwise. Hopefully they'll get the package drop working properly soon.

I was here at the office asked them if they seen myFederal document?. They said that FedEx office policy is to shred documents even, if it's a federal document. They did not notify me that they have my documents. So don't go the FedEx Office because they will not notify you and they will shed your documents. I will notify the federal government that FedEx office has shredded my document without notifying me.

The only reason why I am giving this establishment 3 stars is because of the young man who assisted me. The woman with the brown weave was horrendous. Lazy as hell with zero communications skills.

They told me THE NEXT DAY that I need to come back to the store and take it to their Norcross facility for them because the package has batteries. Terrible.
