New to the area & needed a surge protector. A gentleman directed me to the aisle & since new to the area, I started browsing. The OD on Akers Mill is not as large. I soon realized the same gentleman was following me aisle/aisle. I detest when racist attitudes assume theft. Usually when people browse they pick up extra items-impulse buying-but he lost revenue for his store. At the resgister I mentioned someone was arguing in the parking lot & I hoped it was over now that I was leaving. He responded, "cause you not about that drama". Huh? I'm not familiar with the song he was quoting but he assumed I was familiar based on what? I am past middle age & was coming from a doctor's appt. I work for an aerospace co.

This store has almost everything you need within your office gadget imagination.Opens at 8:00am for early shoppers.Staff can be great and not so great (especially early morning staff) and yes, I do have my favorites who are always more than willing to help.Clean store and restrooms.Picture printing, invitations, book binding and more all at your fingertips!!

Worst print department I have ever worked with. They do not want to help businesses. We buy thousands of dollars a month from Office Depot in Prints. We have what you call a Store Purchasing Card Office because we do by so much. We had an emergency and just needed 100 flyers the following day and normally we have to either walk into the store to place all of these orders or have a business manager do it but the business manager was off for the day. They would not no matter what we did except the order by email even though they know us and they know that we've printed hundreds of times with them. They do not help businesses do not go here, there is a Office Depot in Anderson South Carolina that will help you it's very far but if you have a business they will help you. This store should be closed down or the people replaced with new people who understand businesses need a person on their team. Do not go to this location it is terrible.

POORLY STOCKED!!! Really? "MOST" of your HP ink has signs that say "Please order on YOUR WEB SITE"? Why did I drive all the way over there if you want ME to order YOUR product on YOUR web site? Could it be that I NEEDED IT TODAY? Have been coming here for MANY years. Have never seen it THIS BAD. I ordered the cartridge from ama&on-prime and it was "$10 CHEAPER". Looks like they have a THEFT PROBLEM there. Or they just do not care. OR BOTH!

The worst experience of my entire life today at Office Depot, lawrenceville, Ga. I had bought an office chair at their Lawreenceville Suwannee, Ga about 3 weeks ago. I didn't open the package. I just didn't have the need for that. Their return policy is 30 days. Like any other store return I went to the Lawrenceville, Ga store, instead of the Lawrenceville Suwannee store. The employee was very humble and tried to do the return. He needed a manager to approve it. Ms. Linda Ak came to the register and without looking at anything started humiliating asking me in a very mean way why am coming to this store to return when I bought it at the other store. I explained this is closer to my home. But again and again the same sarcastic question why here go there. I will not process this over here. Go to that store you bought it from and have fun returning this. I asked her give me the corporate number. She is go get it from somewhere I will not give you the number. Then finally I called 800 go depot found someone from corporate and explained her that this chair box is very heavy for me to carry again put it in the car trunk and get it out again. I am an 55 year old lady. The company lady wanted to talk with Linda she refused to talk to her. Then finally she agreed to talk with her. The corporate lady insisted that refund be processed. Also gave her the code to use for the refund. Linda manipulated the system somehow and didn't process the refund. And started bringing the whole store to look at this incident. It was very humiliating situation for me go there I will not help you. She even pushed the chair box in the passage saying just go. I finally took the employee help to get the chair into my trunk. As I was leaving she says have fun returning this again and again like 3 times repeatedly.

Wow. I have no idea why Office Depot pricing is so out of range! $16 for a small box of standard envelopes. A ream of their paper for printing is $10. Walked out .

They sell used equipment as new. When you try to return it they try to charge you again. Then blame you for their mistake. I will never shop at this store again.

Let me start off by saing the store had more employees than customers. Yesterday I order our pictures through the office depot iphone app. I immediately get a confirmation email and it charges my card. Today I get an email saying our pictures are ready for pick-up. I go there and they have no idea what I'm talking about. They ask me if I'm sure of my name, am I at the right location, am I sure I even placed an order....any question they can think of to insult my intelligence. I showed 3 employees in the photo center both emails sent from their store, they just looked at me with a blank stare and said they don't know anything. One said they never got my order, another said it just hasn't been printed yet and the other one walked away. One of them was the manager! He told me they will reprint my order immediately and they'll be ready in an hour. My wife and I went to the grocery store for about 90 minutes and came back to pick up our pictures. They never reprinted them! They did absolutely NOTHING! It's not like they were busy. When I came back to the photo center the second time the employees (same ones from before) acted as if what happened 2 hours earlier never happened. The exact same $h!+, same questions all over again. I demanded that the manager to take over. He came back after 10 minutes of waiting(must have been on break, taking a dump or doing something more important in the back). I told him I wanted a refund, he said ok and got on the computer....he said he couldn't do it! He even admitted their computer showed they printed my pictures yesterday. He called a girl working from yesterday and stayed on the phone for over 10 minutes. I have been waiting a second time now 20 minutes for a reprint that never happened. I got tired of waiting and asked him how much longer will this take as I have other stuff to do. He had the nerve to tell me I need to be more patient, he was working on it. Seriously!? After he told me 2 hours before that he'd reprint my pictures and they'd be ready in an hour?! And he did NOTHING! I told him to make love to himself (but in a more crude way) and I walked out. I immediately called up their 800 number and the agent called the store to confirm my story, no one answered and she tried calling several times. Again, there were more employees in the store than customers. That place is WORSE THAN WALMART! The foreigner girl on the 800 line was very apoligetic and able to refund my money. She was more helpful and curtious than the manager. If you have a lot of time and money to waste and super low blood pressure then come to this store.
