I was happy to find out this FedEx was located inside Walgreens on the corner of Five Forks Trickum and Dogwood Rd. The drop off service was quick and easy.

This should be correctly labeled as drop off Only, but it is a convenient location just to drop a FedEx package.

I am reporting this location to corporate. It took multiple tries to get through the automated system which refuses to put you through to a human. I eventually figured out that you can wait until after the recording says you are being recorded, then you hit 3. Wait briefly and hit 0. Automated system said it would transfer me to a representative, then I immediately got hung up on without a word. This is why I hate FedEx.

This should be labeled a FedEx drop off and not an on-site. The clerk was very nice but they only take packages for drop off. They do not have any boxes or packing material. The title of the store is misleading as other stores labeled “OnSite” are different.

The fedex is inside walgreens. It just takes a couple of seconds to drop stuff off.
