I've been a customer since 2009 and they have always taken care of me. I've referred people and they have all been satisfied not only with the furniture but also the customer service! Molly is amazing she knows her customers and actually goes out of her way to take care of them.

I walked in and was immediately greeted by the new manager Tony. He asked what I was looking for and got an associate to help me. Her name is Molly. She is absolutely amazing!! I had spent my morning at another furniture company and the whole interaction left me uneasy. I told Molly about it and helped to calm my nerves by telling me we’d take it one step at a time to get me what I was looking for. I told her that I was looking for a bedroom suit, mattress and a living room suit. She asked what types I was looking for and if there was something I knew I didn’t want. Never once did she try to force an upsell on me. She took the time to actually listen to what I knew I wanted. I walked out of there with better furniture and even paying less than I did at another company. Molly is great and her customer service alone will have me referring all my family and friends to see her!

So, I had an account at this furniture store about 5yrs ago, but that was back when some of the best workers were employed. Looks like they have gotten new staff. And oh my. I went in today to inquire about some mattresses, and if poor customer service was a person, the lady who struggled to greet me would definitely be the one. Maybe it's time for her to major in another line of work, cause selling furniture, not it... I won't ever be visiting this store again.

Racist and horrible customer service. Hard to believe that in this day and age Racism is still alive and well. They have one black man on the sales floor doing all of their dirty work. They reel you in with astronomical credit allowances.. get you in the store and tell you it's half of that.. really upset my buddy ..and then tell him that his account had been denied.. wasting his time...his money and his efforts. The lady he spoke with was rude. And I wouldn't recommend anyone else doing business with them . Complete waste of time. They are swindlers
