This is really sad!I often come to this location because is 5 min away from my place. I came today to get a couple stuff i needed, as i regularly do, i took 2 Kraft Mayo 30oz because the sign in the hallway was showing 2.25$ as the price, when i came to the cash register the price in the system was 4$, i gently told the clerk the situation with the different price showing; She then called a Hispanic lady that seemed to be like a crew chief or something like that. I have to say that she did came with a really “bored” attitude. “what happen?” she said, the girl proceeded to explain her the situation, and she just stood there with a “I don’t care” expression on her face, i told her that they should have to sell it to me on the price showing, but she decided to keep repeating me that “the store got renew” (which i see the store the same way, but i get that they might had change something that im missing) and just ask me “you want it or not?” Whit a bad attitude. I just needed to express this issue because is not fare, if you are not selling an item as the price you should, at least you can have a good attitude and not to treat people like if they don’t know what are they talking about.They also tried to say that it was a different item, but they didn’t helped me at all, Here some proof.Have a good day!

Confused as to why a manager can’t do a simple return that I clearly bought from the store with the card and Id if needed. Please do better at customer service and learn the job.

Excellent customer service from Ms. Roslyn and Rae. These ladies had great attitudes which definitely contributed to the energy in the store. A well put together store, better than most of not all of the family dollars I have visited .

This is one of the worst family dollar locations, where Octavia the manager could care less about losing customers behind employees mistakes. Apparently all of my items were priced incorrectly and rung up 2x more. When i mentioned that’s not the price attached to the items housing location on the shelf her reply was “oh well, we have to use whatever it rings up as”. This location needs better management and needs to make sure the employees are pricing the shelf’s appropriately with the item.

I moved in this area 7 months ago and this is the best family dollar I have ever shopped at. All the staff is friendly with great customer service. They greet you when you come in the store. I even saw one lady outside cleaning the windows. Keep up the great work ladies!

I visit this store often and I must say I see some positive changes! It’s cleaner!!!! The ladies Danielle and meka were awesome!! Great customer service!!! I will definitely continue to do most of my shopping here!!! Great improvement!!!!!

It's 10am, they opened at 9am and the note states "Be back in 1 hour." Of course, multiple customers came but who cares right? I bet if I bring corporate, they will stop this d*** behaviour. Remember me.
