Not a Good experience working with this bank. They have no clue how to handle conventional loans. The management is very indecisive and lack knowledge and experience in project understanding.

“Embassy National Bank was very efficient in their dealings for our SBA 7 (a) loan. They were fast and responsive to our needs and requirements, and provided top notch customer service. We got the best terms available in the market for our loan. Everyone in the bank – starting from the loan officer, closing department and their closing attorney were professional in their approach which helped in closing the loan well before the contract expiration.Thank you everyone at Embassy National Bank.”

If I could give the mortgage division zero stars, I would. Everyone from the top down at Embassy National Bank has been absolutely miserable to work with. Our loan was in underwriting for more than two months with no answers. We've been given the runaround. We've actually been yelled at by their employees, we've been lied to, and much more - the customer service has been horrendous. We were without a place to live for two weeks, we've spent a minor fortune on a Uhaul...all because the lender has been terrible and has refused to do their job. And to top it all off, the promise of 100% paid closing costs - the entire reason we went with Embassy and the most important aspect to first-time home buyers - kept going down over and over to the point where we're paying much more out of pocket than ever discussed or promised (nearly double). But rest assured, Embassy is making sure they get theirs. There is so much more I could say, but the moral of the story is - whatever you do, DON'T USE THIS BANK. It has made for a miserable buying experience!

Ashaki, Amy and the staff at Embassy are the best to work with as a small business owner. I never understood the allure of small banks until I started banking with Embassy when I opened my business. They're an invaluable tool when I need something done quickly, and are always pleasant to work with. Could not recommend them more if you want high quality service and attention!

Love this bank! Never thought I'd hear myself say that about a bank, but here it is. Very personal service. You will never be greeted by an interactive voice prompt. Always a real person and you'll quickly learn the names and recognize them by voice. After 25 years with BofA, I sure do enjoy this kind of service.
