She and people in her office are best one what they do. They respect their clients and you feel like you are there family. I highly recommend her in her office to anyone who wants Home, Car or similar Insurance.

I recently cancelled my auto policy with Elizabeth McKinnon and I kept my home insurance with her after she lied to me about getting me a lower rate to keep me as a customer. The rate she quoted was higher than the first quote. I called two times, was sent to voicemail and one time someone hung up on me. I left two different voicemails, two different weeks and no one called me back. I left her agency and went to another Allstate agency. I was still a customer of hers and that was very unprofessional to not return any of my calls. I will spread the word about my horrible experience with her.

I have been a devoted customer of Allstate for 20-plus years, but I was greatly upset with the last encounter that I had. While I have maintained a healthy business relationship with your company for years, it is now extremely strained as a result of the financial hardship I think you will agree it is not up to your regular standards. I do not like complaining about things at all, but something had to be said in this situation because if this level of quality continues, I will no longer be able to continue this relationship. I can also speak for other people who have recently conducted business with you, as they have not been happy with their recent business dealings either. The fact of the matter is that your company is beginning to slip and, therefore, something needs to be done about it. I don't know the specifics of what is going on behind the scenes there, but something needs to change internally within your company if you want to keep your customers happy. While I wish to stay loyal to your insurance as I have done throughout the years, you need to understand that I expect a certain level of resources in return for my money, and when situations occur Allstate are no longer providing that.

The people at this location have been really nice and I've been able to call or e-mail them and get my questions answered fairly quickly. AllState has some of the best discounts in comparing between 2 other insurances I've had in the past.
