A few months ago, I struck a deer, which caused extensive damage to my car. On the advice of my insurance company, I took the car to Classic Collision, and I’m glad I did. This was a tricky repair, but the work was top-notch, and Lazer and the rest of the staff did an excellent job communicating with me about the work they needed to do and the claims process with the insurance company. It was important to me that this was a shop that the insurance company approved because last year, I took my car to a less reputable shop (Mundy’s Collision Center in Lawrenceville). They forced me to pay nearly $800 out of pocket for unnecessary work that the insurance company refused to pay. For an accident that wasn’t my fault! Don’t make that mistake. Take your car to Classic Collision. They are true professionals.

The front desk individual and the car's service looks great and there were no major issues about a week later. I loved the kind and person-centered, yet professional service where any questions I have was answered with respect and making sure I understood the process without pushing to get me out the door. I and my family will definitely continue to work with Classic Collision in the future.

These guys are great. They have provided a top notch experience from beginning to end. Even after my wife found a small, easily repairable issue that was missed, parts ordered immediately, and a plan was put forth for the remaining repair so we didn't need another rental.
100% pleased with the facilities customer support and services rendered. Will use them again if needed and will recommend!!

The repair shop is very professional, courteous, and customer-oriented. It was my first time visiting, and I received thorough guidance. It’s an excellent place for everyone to feel secure about getting their car repaired here in case of an accident.

Heather and Lazer are fantastic! I realized i booked my appointment for their location by mistake (there's a location closer to my house), but I'm so glad I stuck with them. From continuous communication/updates to quality of work, everything was a 5+ star experience. They both went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Very impressed with the excellent customer service. Heather even called my insurance and arranged for my rental car pickup. Thank you!!! Such an easy repair experience.

I have used Classic Collision twice now. Apparently my truck attracts idiots. Once the person ran a red-light and hit my front end. The 2nd time someone ran their vehicle down the side of it while it was parked. Anyways Laser and his guys did absolute beautiful work. You can't even tell it's been re painted. A lot of places you can see how it's been sprayed. Not these guys. They're top notch , professional , and they tell the truth !!! Absolutely great place to have your vehicle taken care of ! Heather is very nice and courteous. Their whole team is very professional !!! Thanks again guys !

This place deserves no stars but it making me put one, but The manager who's name is Mark is extremely rude and disrespectful. I called up there to speak with and him and because he didn't like what I said he hangs up on me . I would definitely NOT recommend this location for anything .
