The whole "we respect our customers" is all cap. When I called the lady was so rude, extremely rude and disrespectful. I never even had the chance to even ask my question. As soon as she answered it was a horrible experience. If you like being talked to in a very degrading and disrespecting manner, this is where you want to go.
