They will in fact follow you throughout the store like ur stealing some ancient prized gems. It’s actually so blatantly obvious to where it feels like you're on punk’d or something lol.

I recently checked out this store and they have some really cute stuff! However, the staff and customer service could use some improvement.
They have a sign that says, “Get 15% off today by signing up through the QR code.” I signed up, expecting to get the discount right away, but when I asked the staff about it, they said it was for the next purchase, not this one. This was frustrating because the sign clearly says “today.” It felt like false advertising.
So, while I love the products, they really need to work on their customer service and make sure they honor their promotions.

Its ok. They dont have a good selection of stones or crystals. They only had about 6 diff stones. But they have merch like shirts, cards, jewelry, and other spiritual and earthbound things to purchase. Its a really different store and the employees were nice.

Absolutely atrocious customer service. The girls at the counter refused to honor the return and exchange policy that was listed on the counter and on my receipt, and the link to the site from the receipt. Manager didn't know her own return policy when her uneducated employees called her to verify. Ridiculous.

Purchased these nice earrings, necklace and bracelet today at Earthbound, friendly service. They are opal, I don't know anything about crystals but I like this store. I originally went in looking for head scarves which I did not find, but still left satisfied.

Bought incense. The associate was very nice, but they need to sort through their loose incense because people have mixed the scents up.

It’s usually a very pleasant experience. But today I was followed ALL across the store. I get theft is an issue these days. But half of my outfit was from this very location. I bought a notebook. But I would’ve gotten so much more if I wasn’t followed and stared down by the same lady the entire time. I was also looking at the canvas bags, very obviously considering one, when I was told by an employee “are you bored or are you ready to check out?”I shouldn’t have bought anything. The employees were rude and didn’t behave this way with other guests.

AYAHME, Alex Gomez, and Amanda Norris are just flat out amazing people! Outstanding customer service would be an understatement!!! Earth Bound has turned into more than just a visit of purchase! But more so of a visit of connecting with these fine associates! Lawrenceville, Ga Sugarloaf Mills Earth Bound location are instantly ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!
